Has anyone that holds stock in SBAR had a look at Cykel because SBAR is going to suffer the same fate.

Jonathan Bixby has a great tongue but unfortunately for shareholders has no substance in what he says.

After a 100-1 consolation at 2p Cykel is trading at 20p 😂.

Yes that’s right was £2.00 after a 100-1 consolation and now 20p and probably continuing to fall.

For those that don’t heed this warning you will always remember the name JOHNATHON BIXBY.

I just hope he doesn’t cause anyone to much financial pain.

For those that understand how the market functions this will now get a massive re-rate when funding is locked in.

Advisers and consultants willing to take shares in lieu of fees is a massive validation as to what is going on in the background.

Those closest to the story willing to take shares in lieu of fees can only mean one thing and that is that they think the share price is going to go a lot higher otherwise they would have taken their payment in cash.

That 7 million warrant holder is not about to sell his shares on market unless he is completely exiting.

Anyway BRES gets more cash in the kitty which gives management more time to fend off the vultures because they are definitely circling.

With regards to the warrants.

People need to remember in most circumstances the warrant holder has already sold his stock to exercise there warrants.

With regards to today’s 7 odd million warrants being exercised the stock was already sold to pay for the warrant exercise.

This stock is so undervalued.

The way I see this announcement it was an announcement for the faithful. Dilution is minimal with an extra ~22,000,000 shares + attached warrants.

Now we proceed to the real infliction point.

Drilling results.

DFS.

Off take agreements.

Binding off take agreements.

BRES have all but said Oram X is massive.

I believe it to be so.

Would love to know the results from those holes that were drilled down to 100meters plus.
