Although the above article is almost 5 years old it looks now the NEO could actually be the structure of the Uranium business that they were talking about then.

Denis Tucker and Neil Froneman were pushing it then would be interesting to see just how actively involved that they may be be still involved now.

Even more interesting is the involvement of Russell Tucker who is said to be part of the Gilini Investment team and also joined Critical’s board in May 2025.

When a company’s warrants are in the money then a company’s share price is and subsequent market cap is valued as if all those warrants will be exercised.

PS there will also be warrant holders like myself who will exercise and not sell.

Why?

I’m a warrant holder after participating in two raises.

I have warrants exercisable at 4.5p and 6p.

If I was to exercise them I would self my existing shares to convert my warrants and the keep the shares that I have just converted.

Warrant holders aren’t converting and selling ffs.

They have sold stock they already have in order to finance there conversions.

Anyone investing in BRES now is allowing for the exercise of all the warrants when they value BRES on a fully diluted basis.

Why? Because the warrants are in the money.

I have no intention of exercising my warrants at these levels. Why would I?

But when I do I will sell the stock I’m holding to convert.

BRES is being valued on a fully diluted basis now.

If BRES just up until this week is saying they are looking at first production to occur in Q1 27 I’m going to go out on a limb and say some sort of funding deal is imminent.

For all the nervous nellies have a re read of SS announcement that they put out 09/12/24.

SS wants this deal to proceed just as much as NEO that was evident in last nights conference call held by SS in Johannesburg.

It is SS that issued the guidance about the deal being completed quarter 4 2025 then in another release quarter 1 2026.

If you think all the regulatory approvals aren’t going to happen then SELL.

IMHO the deal will go through when it goes through and it’s a win win for NEO and SS.

It’s also evident that Theo is in charge now and not Jason Brewer.

Yes De Witt should not have said what he said in that interview but I’m sure that it’s probably a bit more of a complex process that what shareholders think it actually is.

Am I correct in saying that once BRES’s market cap breaches £50,000,000 the fundies start getting a little bit more interested?

If I am correct well we are just about there so maybe the fundies will start running the ruler over this project if they haven’t already.

NEO in my opinion has about 1 year of catch up to do as far as the he share price is concerned.

This uptrend has just begun 3-5p is where it will settle.

Buying here sub 2p is an absolute no brainer. DYOR.

I’ve said this before and will say it again if this was listed on the ASX it wouldn’t be valued at 8.5p right now with a market cap sub $100million Aussie.

P.S I’ve still got over a million warrants that I received from participating in previous placements and have no intention of converting yet. Why would I?

Even if I did I would sell my stock to convert anyway.
