Been in since the 3p raise and was lucky enough to buy more in the 4.5p raise both with as everyone else is aware here with the attaching warrant.

Have also bought more at 5p and just recently at 7p.

I totally understand what you’re saying and have a bit better understanding of how your market functions after participating in the last couple of years.

We don’t have MM in Oz.

The ASX is a fully electronically automated system.

Do you know how the ASX functions?

At different price points there are buyers and sellers with different amounts of shares to buy and sell which anyone can see live all in front them.

Where the buyer and seller meet becomes the last trade and that is what gets printed at the time the trade is transacted.

It’s not a buy it not a sell because someone has bought and someone has sold. It’s simply referred to as the last trade and bases on that the share price has gone up and down.

The LSE and the ASX are two very different exchanges.

I do think MM are a bit archaic and because of that the LSE is not as transparent as it could be without MM’s.

Nice to see BRES getting a bit of a wriggle on after the last raise at 7p.

When a buyer and seller agree to a price it’s a trade at that particular price point.

Someone has bought and someone has sold.

As far as unknowns well I’ve never seen anything like it. Especially ones that are printed days later. So un transparent.

Why retail traders put up with this lack of transparency is beyond me. Your whole market needs a big overhaul and gotten ridden of this market maker rubbish.

Have a good look at how the ASX is run and you will know exactly what I mean.

As for NEO if this was listed on the ASX it would be trading multiples of 1p.

When entering negotiations as BRES is doing now you want to be going into them with a position of strength.

You don’t want the in a position that you are desperate.

This is exactly what this raise has achieved.

I see no reason for anyone.

I personally would have preferred the 42,857,140 shares had gone to a cornerstone investor.

Massive opportunity missed by BRES management I think.

exactly sloppy would have already pre determined the raise at 7p with the brokers and hence the drop in share price back to 7p.

why wasn’t it done at 9p or above? i think we all know the answer to that. like i said already a bit tardy but this is how things work in the real world.

Obviously some were given the heads up that a placing was coming and hence the pullback after the DFS announcement. Looks a bit tacky if you ask me but now maybe the shackles can be removed and we start going up in the other direction again.

Maybe shareholders could ask management if they could do another Q&A with shareholders like they used to in the good old days when they were pumping the stock so that all there mates could sell into. 😂
