Amongst the many positives to come out of this there is full justification for the second fund raise which has been the subject of so much negativity owing to its effect on the sp. Short term pain comes to mind in that in the longer term we have the benefit of two further drills the, cash reserves to take us to the end of 2019 and the ability to fend off predators seeking to pick us off at a low price if the drills in 2018 are not as successful as we hope.All of this very convincingly explained by MB .

Well,he has certainly taken a fair amount of stick over the last two days.However he does have a point in that any potential purchaser must take into account all the expenditure required to realise the potential of the present two and all further wells to be brought into service and the pemitting requirements where on the basis of our experiences to date problems can be anticipated.Best hope is that we end up with more than one serious bidder so that some form of "bidding war" ensues.

Has increased dramatically in July and on a "back of a fag packet"basis I think our investors are only I more conversion at the rate of the last 3 from having claimed their full entitlement to date. Increased rate could be an indication that they think the sp may rise shortly. Would be surprised if another conversion does not materialise very shortly so as to bring them up to their full entitlement before the August monthly repayment becomes due

Its almost a month since we were told that the terms applicable to the release of the second tranche from" our investors"had not been met and negotiations were underway with a view to amending the terms.We were also advised that if the negotiations are unsuccessful the bod are confident about raising funds from another source.No doubt the last thing on their minds will be to look to their long suffering shareholders as the source of any funds in the form of a rights issue and this will be a continuation of their approach at the time they negotiated the loan deal..Would a rights issue at that time have been successful and if it had gone through would the sp have been higher than it is today?I say yes and even now would support a rights issue.For example 200m shares at 3.5p would raise around £7m which could be used partly to meet the monthly instalments in cash (so no more shares to "our investors) and the rest for operational purposes.Dreamland of course.

On reading the 13th June RNS.my impression was that they are still in the course of obtaining information which is required for the PFS .I this is correct release of the PFS is weeks if not months away.

From the 13th April RNS we learned that "full scale activities anticipated to be underway by mid April"( no update on this as yet which historically is unusual) and that the main purpose of the field campaign is the "acquisition of additional key information necessary for inclusion in study documentation leading to project financing" Are we to assume that this information must be obtained before the PFS can be finalised in which case issue of the PFS could be some months away?

brings back memories of other announcements which should have been sp enhancing but were not. For example the 13th September Update On Licence was positive. The sp having been 37p briefly flirted with .4 before falling to.32 a couple of weeks later.Must confess that I lost some patience at that point and sold some of my holding thereby not taking full benefit from the dramatic rise following the 18th October RNS reporting "significant progress on the Licence"Yes would not have believed it if someone had suggested that 8 months later we would still be waiting for the Licence but I have no doubt that it will come and when it does I do not want to miss out on a significant rise in the sp,if this occurs again So I am holding tight and urge others to do the same.

Anything around 4.4 is a buy. I say this because my buy at 4.41 is shown as a sell.

Now they really are in a death spiral involving our own two "investors" Drip feeding conversions and receiving an ever increasing number of shares as the sp falls. Some 12m for �500,000 in November and 43m for the same amount two days ago. Ok its a different financing deal ,painfully reminiscent of Crede but quite clearly we are in bed with "investors" well versed in maximizing their returns and it cannot be wrong to view their intentions with suspicion.

Quite right Nolos. I got it completely wrong and looking at the sp in the days following the 20th March conversion if they sold at that point they would have made a profit

Noloss-If they have already sold the first tranche of shares it will have been at a significant loss in which case all they have achieved is a suppression of the sp.Is this the plan so that if the second advance is made they will receive more shares than they would if the sp is higher when the advance is made?

The funding RNS made no mention of the right to convert part of an instalment to shares but this seems to be what has happened today and one wonders why the "investors" opted for a partial conversion, giving them only a fraction of the number of shares they could have obtained

I would like to think so.Keeping us in the dark would be very annoying to say the least

Today. Cash or shares? My money is on shares and as long as this is already factored into the sp there should be minimal damage

Looking back at the RNS of the 18th April last year we were told that one of two road design companies would be selected . Are we to assume that CC are one of them, in which case the selection process has taken rather longer than I for one would have anticipated when reading the 18th April RNS ?
