if you're looking to get in, DONT! So many bagholders here that any increase in price will be quickly depressed by bagholders getting out.
Biggest opportunity of a lifetime to capitalize on global lockdown, work from home and social restrictions, instead this company destroyed the company value to the worse it ever been. Absolutely joke. the Board need to fire the CFO and CEO.
The CEO must be having a laugh if he thinks he can raise money from investors to fund his 440k pay package. He must go! fire his ass!
DAVAND "If sj is correct then maybe 6.5p approx returned. Doesn't sound that appealing."

Be my guest to those who wants to sell, asset valued close to 100 million, cash of 12.1M, and u want to sell at a market cap of £49m? But then again if it werent for weak sellers I wouldnt have been able to get these share this cheap! thanks! :)
I see, I only heard of them being restricting on investing into non investment grade securities. I.e junk ratings. be good to know if market cap is also a considered covenant too.
were they prohibited from doing so before?
Trust in fundamentals! in at 75p! With continued lock-down the SP can only go one way! :)
Its a good company but is it the right investment?
IMO it has corrected towards its fair value. It was way overvalued at £150Million+, and corrected towards a comfortable 88M. Remember it is just a litigation company of about 20employees in a leased space in London. It has no technology that they can upscale or utilise extensively in their line of work. Leaving it labour intensive with increasing overheads.
Don't get me wrong, its a good company, the balance sheet and cash-flow proves it. But it is the right investment?
