Ronny if the big sells are institution or directors when is TR1 disclosed if 1 massive sell or not if chunks of holding?

To see far, there was some big sells today, the kind of sizes that directors hold, so they have to disclose if director sell or only if over a certain amount?

Maybe selling in chunks to hide 1 enormous sell?
