Some one mentioned to me that a CEO might not even be hired due to costs savings, don’t be surprised if current staff are not relaxed due to cost

1st January will see start of fee paying by users - Fastlane the plan was for restaurant's to start paying a subscription fee from Jan. 2021, £50 per month for dine in & another £50 for collection/delivery.

However there is no app/site, no restaurants/locations have a look its all inactive, no restaurant will pay a fee for a service that doesn't exist, i don't know what there doing but it looks like no revenue from Jan. 2021

Problem - As pert he RNs, loan repayment for £500K loan due from Q2, 20-21, how will Dish repay back the loan and continue operating with no revenue and cash burn required to continue operations?

Ronny fair points, let’s see if a new CEN materialises and a replacement for AB, if they do they could actually have the expertise to drive it in the right direction, AB has his fingers in other pies where as his replacement would be focusing on this

Fast from I have understood tech operations is to be relocated in India for half the cost of current operation, no CEO at present and no activity in terms of restaurant acquisition etc

Wouldn’t be expecting any news soon on Dish to Go, delivery partners until up and running.

Does seem there cutting it fine as investor did state Saas tech to be built by Q2 so not much time to get things finalised

Would be gd to see a couple of new appointments before the end of the year and also the contracts for the tech
