Blackrock have been granted their mining license, mcap is $140ml AUD = £74 million Posco have a 15 percent stake in Blackrock for $7.5 ml

Early days here & speculating but look at what can & does happen, syrah resources started out as a graphite minnow.
Those offtakes & financing are the key, we have offtake partners & think they'll be binding agreements coming quickly after license approval.. Matt wants to get things moving once ML sorted which sounds tantalisingly close now imo.
