GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
It is, but the way I read it - it's saying to the senior lenders "you rejected the deal, now it's time to 'crap or get of the pot'" (so to speak). Given the offers are now undoubtedly dead, it's down to the lenders.
Trying to get a quote thru HL but not working.
Getting what I can out of here quick, may dip in after some more research but this stinks.
Let's not forget to cock up they've recently had with London Mining... there's no way in hell they haven't done massive due diligence on this. They also have a lot of cash to make up, so will be looking for the safe bet with decent returns... promising they've selected MPLE.
"Maple Resources Corporation of Dallas, Texas Announces Its Binding Offer to Purchase the Oil & Gas Assets of Maple Energy plc in Peru for US$47.4 Million 100% Cash with No Dilution to Existing Shareholders." GLA - nice to know there are at least two options on the table; both with individuals with an already vested interest, so this should be smooth sailing once the BoD have shareholder approval.
I think the most heartwarming part of that release has got to be "This offer represents no dilution to existing Maple Energy shareholders and provides Maple Energy with the capital to restructure its ethanol operations."
What's interesting here, and something few have picked up on in the AMI board... It's Timis Corporation that have secured financial backing in Australia to acquire the operational Marampa mine. Not AMI... separate businesses and separate interests with separate investor/backer... I do indeed think the deal will help SP at AMI given the use of the infrastructure that would be inevitable - but I'm keen to see how this pans out from an operating company point of view and in turn, listing status of the Marampa Mine... limited minuscule tiny hope of an outside chance of the company reigniting?
I know that... posting for others clinging to false hope still... If mine bought = nothing after paying creditors If mine pre-pack sold to existing BoD = nothing for Pi's as they won't relist and will be another company. If nationalised = nothing for Pi's - and to be honest, I'd also be concerned if I was in AMI if this happened. No good thing from here now. Keep your chins up peeps :0)
Sierra Leone's finance minister is trying to save London Mining, a big employer in the Ebola-stricken West African country. He met prospective buyers of the company in recent days in an effort to keep London Mining's mine working. Marrah is also considering nationalising the mine, which is still operating after London Mining was forced into administration, The Sunday Times reports.
Did not realize it was close time again! Too busy refreshing the group / board and the investigate page!
I recall you were in the LOND board too... so know where you are coming from; I need to give our recycling collector a tip this month with all these empty wine bottles!
too much fluctuation, I'm getting a nose bleed! One minute I'm break even, now I'm down 14% on the stock in my portfolio.... need some stability or really good news!
ridiculous... no real reason for it to be heading down other than the gits in the background 'playing' around...
Thank you for the clarification - very useful and insightful!
Why a Director would sell approx 2.5m shares at 10p and in the same period, buy 1.6m shares back at 21p? Am I missing something?
Can they do it again please lol... I'd like to top up...
Is is plummeting?
I'm lucky as I'm only in at 8p anyway... so there is still time to wait and see how this pans out, which I foresee being updated by Weds. The BoD seem much better than over at LOND and appear to be playing things straight and keeping the market updated properly. GLA
My only concern (especially after being burned with LOND) is in the interim results "The Company will continue to provide the market with information regarding these matters as well as other financing alternatives that it is pursuing as appropriate. In the meantime, the Company is continuing to work closely with the Senior Lenders of Maple’s ethanol business in order to maintain sufficient working capital and waive certain obligations under the Senior Loan Agreements until new funding is available or an alternative transaction is undertaken. The continued working capital support from the Seniors Lenders will be critical in the coming months." Key sentence being the last one... I know negotiations fell through with another party, if this takes off and this negotiation is approved - get in and make some money, if it doesn't, I am getting straight back out as the time frames will then become too tight from my perspective.
