My thoughts also. I got into this after looking at a number of diamond explorers. I could not believe this was a producer , all be it at the start of production, with only 200M shares in circulation and a M/Cap of less than £2M. It has potential to grow within this mine for the next few years with no need to look for other sites. With respect to the mining of K2 first this decision was taken by a previous management and I think in the last conference call it is stated that maybe this would not have been the case if the management now in place had made the decision. I am looking forward to the Q3 results as they should be much better than Q2. However I am not getting carried away that they will be outstanding as the real sweet spot of K1 will not be hit until later this year or early next. However I am optimistic that some larger stones will be unearthed in this pipe.
exactly my take. I have a wad ready to load if this drops to 0.5/6 level. I very much do not think this will happen but it will be nice to see the cloud lifted so the company can get on with making profit.
what a strange comment from someone who has only posted once on this board. Maybe you can enlighten us a little more. I can only see one disgruntled post recently and that was a copy of what the same person wrote 12 months ago.
Oh yes it was this time last year from the same delusional poster.
"BRD SHARE PRICE - CASTAWAY 25 Aug '17
Castaway.....If one takes a look at the company, something must be seriously wrong if : 1) Under the current Directors, the company has lost 90 % of it's value 2) Then they still have the audacity to give themselves further share options at these low prices despite the loss in value of the company under their watch. 3) If the shares managed to hit 34p two years ago, what has happened to place the company in it's current position or what did the company do right to reach 34p ? 4) What return has been achieved on all the additional money already utilized in the last 2 years ? 5) Under the Directorship/involvement of SA members the company reached this high. Why are they no longer involved ? 6) If you read carefully through the monthly updates, a pattern exists whereby a planned operation is announced and then the goalposts are always shifted. I ask myself why ? 7) I just feel that there are far too many questions than answers and investors are not been told the true extent of the operations. I hope that this will help you. Good luck !"
So on that last trade we are valued at a M/Cap of £1.88M. Not a lot for a profitable diamond producer. A company which has only just started to produce from the sweet kimberlite. With a top 10 $ per carat quality of stones. Don't think I will be being mugged any time soon by the games being played at the moment.
Even with a worst case scenario that they loose the case and eventually have to pay £230,000 that would mean 10% dilution on a share issue. This has been brought down multiple times this.
