Still hard at work hauling ore from KV1 following the blast this week. We are pleased with the blast and encouraged by the look of the kimberlite

All looks good and on track.

From 18th January 2018 update they have mine costs at $6.2 per ton and give these notes to go along with that figure.
On mine costs include all mining and processing costs excluding depreciation. This does not include head office or other administrative or financing costs. Exchange rate used is USD1=ZAR13.7 equal to the average for the 3 months ended 30 November 2017.
The cost per tonne of production will vary depending on, inter alia, volumes produced and waste levels (the strip ratio), which are expected to increase over the next 12 months, offset by increases in volumes. In addition, the cost per tonne expressed in USD will vary according to the prevailing exchange rate, which is currently approximately USD1 = ZAR 12.3.Â

It was $7 per ton the last time I remember seeing this figure. Since then greater throughput and improvements to crushing circuit. Think a recovery of 2 cts per 100 tons covered the costs. Anything better than this becomes pure profits. I will dig a little further when time tomorrow.

Love the way someone is mopping up the sells these last couple of days. Patience dose not seem to be a trait of some traders on here.

Just looking at the Z Star report which outlines the resource potential. It says it was working on a price per ct of $187. The actual revenue from the early stages of the mining is around $350. This is quite an upturn and does not seem to be reflected in the thoughts of PI's.

Someone just baged a 500K bargain.

Yes Chris saw it yesterday. Thought it was spot on with my thoughts and hopes. Should be very interesting to see how K1 develops over the next 3 Quarters. I like the idea that there will now be no production down time as they can move from one pipe to the other. Blast and prepare one whilst crushing and collecting from the other.
They do seem to have a good plan to maximise the output from these pipes. We should see a quite profitable company soon.

KV2 is already hitting the inferred grade even though they are still brushing away the remnants of top layers.

You really have no clue with this company Graham. The decision to mine K2 first was taken by previous management. The weather has always been a factor in Q1 reported and explained. They have now got sufficient through put to enable stock piling in readiness for this in Q1 2019. And the company are already profitable. I really expect Q3 and 4 to be good but Q1 2019 is when the fireworks should really start.

Just bought a few more at a smidge over 1p. Bargain.

What a complete load of rubbish as usual from this bitter poster. This share has the potential to reach a M/cap of £10M if the results are anything like what is to be expected. I do not think we will see an immediate impact from K1 as not yet mining the sweet stuff. But great to get stared.

The MM’s must be elated to gather up a few at this price. Cannot understand people gift aiding them.

My thoughts exactly. 6 weeks about to figures. Cannot see it going down from here. Lying in the sun in Fuerteventura at the moment and feeling very chilled about this one😊

‘not be paid from this’

The loan is in an escrow account and will more than likely be paid from this as the ex director has no chance of winning. So the only payable amounts will be accrued interest. A much better way than a placing. Really think some need to read the fact before posting there 1st and 2nd post on this share.
