At 50p the market is effectively saying that Mblox is worth nothing. Cash value is worth at least 50p.

the catch is what is the valuation after the dividend is paid. One thing Avanti demonstrates is that they can take a small company (ecectic) IPO it and make a good return... Who knows what they will do with the cash surplus after dividend

If the Loan repayment goes back on the balance sheet - £7.2m + current cash £1.3m + cash from sale of Eclectic after dividend payment £3m + sale of Espresso £0.7m = £12.2m. In addition Mbox worth min £4m. £16.2m / 8m shares = £2+

This is a no brainer. £1.05 dividend No company pays 100% of cash return therefore likelihood is that there will be £2-3m going back on the balance sheet. Total cash apx £4m Interest in Mbox £4m Loan repaid £7.2m
