There are two offers.... We await further details but mainly rns with egm for the proposal the board favours. Either deal is worth minimum of 10p a share. Blackrock bought more which is very positive.... Let's all agree to take whichever deal the board proposes and double our money!

The Board of Maple has reviewed and is agreeable to the terms of the Offer and is diligently progressing the actions required to finalise the detailed terms of the Proposed Transaction with a view to publishing a circular and seeking the necessary shareholder approvals as soon as practicable. CIRCULAR CANT BE FAR AWAY - probably Monday

Blackrock blackrock blackrock. A couple of offers and blackrock buying up more stock......It doesnt take a genius to work out where this is going.

or is it the old offer that was refused....The NOMAD should give some clarity here..... Either way with Blackrock upping their holding this looks good.

What i can tell you from my banking days is that Blackrock know how to identify value and with small caps obviously off-loading bulk costs on the margin. They would envisage this going to 20p and being able to off-load at 15-16p.

We are on the same page.....patience will be rewarded here. News of Blackrock and a second offer makes this a compelling investment....

maybe in a week you will be the sage of omaha!!!! It might feel like it if MPLE hits 15p+

Either way there is going to be deal....the board need a deal and the suitors want one....This is probably why the board could afford to turn down the earlier offer....

very well......the risk element to trading this has been massively reduced. There are interested parties in acquiring the business and fundamental value has been set at 18p..... We should see 10p+ on next announcement.
