Sometimes it does seem like a month of Sundays for the big reveal… but have no doubt this is possibly the biggest month in the last 5 years… deals do not get done in December… it’s any day now, as the CEO inferred…. And based on the data and if there are more than one suitor expect a transformational value… best case scenario £8bn valuation, but my gut says £3bn with £600m upfront… all imho…. It’s been a long road but the pot of gold is in sight… as maximum would say ‘hold’ 👍

That valuation would be bottom of the barrel subject to current trajectory....A partner valuation closer to £30-40 (£3.5bn) seems far more likely. An early takeout for everything is likely to be closer to £10-16.5b. The latter numbers are sensational and remote at this stage but feasible if a pharma major is convinced that projected annual sales may yield £1-2bn across the board within a three year cycle... Next stage is partnership and revised valuation. The news continues to impress ...
