Unless the institutions agree, which they will because less dilution is in their interest and they cannot access the stock as such small float… if retail declines institutions will take their share. The sp then rebalances and motors forward

He can’t announce a price without share approval… the market has assumed 50cents … CEO has clearly stated discount to closing price of £1.75… it will be at £1.25 I’m all probability

There will be soundings with the institutions on price… if they agree to £1.25, for example, it’s less dilution, and they know that the price pops back to that immediately… talk of 30p, although relative to current price, is not taking into consideration the strength of the backers… expect 1.20-1.40…

Raising eur40m might take a couple of forms… subscription 1.20 a share - shareholders first, followed by any additional demand to current institutions… any shortfall offered to specialist institution… no need to drop sp below 1.20
