I think so... another Woods miracle on the cards
Everer the expert on material breach versus repudiatory.... I am glad Rodney is not my QC.... Perhaps head back to the nags head and finish your game of drafts with trigger!
Material breach versus repudiatory breach...
That is the key point and any legal expert will confirm this.
$10bn is within reach...
Nov 2020...
no not a dallas reference....although i love good auld JR...
Years of experience in oil and gas... Everyone wants a deal and there is no confidence that the ruskies will honour nor pay.
There is a lot of sabre rattling but we are very close.
You will be getting a new sofa soon... Be Brave and keep you head held high.
It's coming...
Yes - finally a few are actually cottoning on...
49/51 split - $10bn deal in the wings.
its not going to be an ace... try a flush and a royal one...
$10bn... hold strong
Indeed....As you are not privy too!!!!
You clearly don't understand repudiatory breach or how it is applied in standard contracts.
sounds about right to me!
that doesnt do me justice!
in order to terminate a contract of this nature it will need to be repudiatory breach not material.... $ 600m dollars invested and in a field that is operational and one party wants to terminate based on another component in the contract.
Has everyone forgot about Baker Hughes!!!!!
Why do you think they came into the mix.
Without Zaza, the data, and Baker Hughes there is no deal with a supermajor and no payout.
The GG will want a payout and won't get it if they renege...
