Price will initially drop, short term only as I believe positive news will bring this up to if not above pre-suspention price If you sell you will lose money, if you retain your interest and let this settle you will if you so choose too walk away with what you invested if not more.

Stock, it's been a while. I'm assuming you're bored???? Mate you're preaching to the wrong people on here, those invested can't sell, emails have gone back and forth. Topic of conversation exhausted. Nothing further to be said,PJ and the team are the only people who know what the hell is going on. We wait, again those who have an opinion are more than entitled to share it on this board, I believe at one time or another you actually thought this share would come good yourself, your post back in Feb/March I believe. Bottom line is, no RNS and when there is one it will be one way or another.

All, All of your posts are based on what exactly?????????? Some have received responses some haven't, coming on here making "WAG" as to what the company is or isn't doing is achieving absolutely nothing. Emails from PJ are marked as "Private & Confidential" and that's how it should remain, to ask for someone to cut & paste on here is wrong. JS has informed us in his own words what he's received as have I in the past and we take it at face value, why would he come on here and state something that isn't true! it's not like we can take any steps to buy or sell so it has zero impact. We play the waiting game, it folds we knew the risk, it doesn't and markets every product in the right way we could be sitting pretty. Once the suspension has been lifted it may drop, it depends entirely on news of Intabet, Goal Millions etc.

Yes it was disgraceful the accounts were not filed on time, yes we are all frustrated. We as shareholders can do nothing to reverse the situation. We are in suspension, not once has MDC released news on the company going into administration. Far from it, Boxnation, Goal Millions, Intabet to name but a few. There are those on here who are not invested but see fit to comment, yes they may prove me wrong and this may go belly up but I have no option but to sit and wait like everyone else. PJ has responded to several emails I have sent, I find it strange he would attend Ascot to establish relationships possibly future business if this was a sinking ship. When the suspension is lifted, we all choose our destiny, I for one have confidence in this company's ability to turn this around and take it forward, if i didn't I wouldn't be invested here.

None of which give any indication as to when we will be trading. Audit is near completion, and things are progressing. Unless there is something of substance to release there will be no RNS. I may have read too much into it however Ascot was mentioned and the opportunity to mix with customers & suppliers. That's about the gist of it. Until we hear news from the company everything on here is assumption.

4 weeks ago we said something would be on the cards now, it seems that is not that case. In his last email PJ indicated news soon, how long this is is anyones guess. There is nothing we can do but hope they are working tirelessly in the background to set this up for one hell of an RNS, dare I say we live in hope. Remember, PJ is invested here and will not want to see this fail.

In his email he stated news would be released soon but this could be anytime. Patience is key, frustrations aside we have to believe what he says, he too is invested.

Morning All, Given it's a Sunday morning I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from PJ this morning. A brief explanation on where we're at, it seems all is on track with our submission to Companies house. As the email is marked "Private & Confidential" I will not copy and paste onto the board as I would like to believe by doing so I will in future emails receive a timely response of which I can put in my own words on this board. Needless to say, he stated in the last paragraph of his email he would be releasing "some news" soon. I like many on here hope this is in the week to come that said he did not specify a date.

Confidence is subsiding, nothing from the company. A month has passed, no news, nil response from PJ. At what stage of things do go very wrong would we be informed?

Anyone heard anything of late or are we all in the same boat here, waiting, hoping that they do start trading again?

Well i've emailed PJ, nil response Called the office only to find the personnel listed in the press section no longer work there. Last ditch attempt, call the chairman, I know I know what would one expect but we live in hope. Got his answer machine lol So, where from here, 31 days to day since the last RNS, no news is good news or so they say. Nothing I / we can do. The gentleman I did speak to would only respond with " If there is any information it will be released into the public domain". My confidence is slowly fading, but I live in hope that MDC will turn this around and come good in the end.

Shaw, Always good to hear and welcome. Fingers crossed the accounts will be submitted and the suspension lifted in the coming days (before the weekend would be nice). The price may drop a little as confidence in the company has dropped but give it time and again fingers crossed some positive RNS releases and we may see this steadily rise. Best of luck

Joel I'm aware of what a CEO does, my comment on "No conflict of interest" is because neither company is competing against the other. Quite the opposite in fact, if PJ can convince TWL to use the MDC platform this only strengthens the stream of income for MDC. Regards JP

Miker, a great read and thank you for referring me to the TWL RNS. I see no reason to panic, PJ can retain his role as Chairman and that of CEO of TWL, I see no conflict of interest. So much potential for MDC if they do indeed provide the platform in Q3 for TWL, as you say instant revenue. MDC dare I say it has so much potential for the remainder of this year and on into 2014. Given we are all in the same boat here, I see no reason for others to come on here and post negative comments,. Poor management which ever way you look at this, conscious they have a contract with Box nation, Goal Millions has been launched albeit poorly marketed but launched all the same. Intabet, of the three this has to be a turn-key product. I would like to see marketed and turn a good revenue within 12 months with prospective buyers looking at this into 2014/15. I don't see MDC going under but one can never rule anything out in this game. I genuinely believe MDC have a future, PJ needs to get his house in order. A mistake of this magnitude is costly for all concerned. We can only hope hard work is continuing to ensure Intabet is ready for launch as soon as the suspension is lifted and MDC surprise us all and raise confidence in their investors in securing more contracts throughout 2013. A waiting game, for how long is anyones guess, are the auditors in, do they have a date in mind! I've read from others then end of the month, I do hope so. Like may others I stand to lose a considerable amount. A game of risk and under the current circumstance one that could not be foreseen.
