I've not been as bullish about a stock here since Argo during the initial 10p days - though of course the potential for gain here is far less, there's a cast iron 50% gain to be made from these levels.

Good luck to all LTHs here - I'm out for now. The delay in annoucb dividend dates is worrying - you'd have thought they'd have at least clarified the taxation status by this point.

No denying this is good value if you can buy at 1.7p and get a 1.8p special divi and hold shares in the shell.

The company IPO'd in November 2021 with a fully subscribed offer at £2.77

Previous SP all time low was roughly 225p in October 2022.

Clearly a large background seller... But whoever that is wants to give their head a wobble selling at these prices.

FY 2024 revenues of £80.8m expected from current order book, up 46% on FY 2023, “with other contracts expected to be won and delivered within the period” (quote take from PI World results presentation).

"To date we have funded through cash and debt facilities, would expect to continue business using debt facilities"

Estimates for PBT:

FY24 £7m

FY25 £9m

The RNS IS CLEAR - the company is well funded.

Little to no risk of a fundraise here, in my opinion.

I'm not sure I agree with what you're saying.. FY23 was £10.1m PBT and the RNS indicates "High single figure" PBT for FY24 with roughly £80m revenue - that doesn't sound like a 35% reduction to me!

Record order book which may well yet get bigger during the financial year, and if you can factor in any revenues into FY24 from those orders, you may well be looking double digit PBT again..

Margins are always going to be tighter - we are in a crazy world at the moment... But the company appears to be super bullish on the short to mid term outlook in an extremely high interest sector.

There are plenty of companies out there with a bigger mcap than this - that are loss making year upon year.

This is a HUGE overreaction - the SP opened at £2.60 which tells you everything you need to know - this drop wasn't necessarily foreseen by the MMs.

Gives an absolutely bonkers P/E of 6

Revenue and EBITDA in line with the trading update in March, which saw the SP comfortably around the 300p mark. Record year for the company, increased dividend, forward looking growth...

I'm really not sure what the hell has happened here .. but I'll take more shares around 150-170 if they become available!

I've just managed to buy at £1.86 and £1.84

What on earth? I can't see any reason whatsoever for a near 30% drop to an all time low, half of its yearly high only 2 months ago.

A £60m mcap for a company of this size with this sort of revenue and margin is bonkers.

I meant in comparison to the drop.

So 32p last night with 26m shares.

Placing and retail offer an extra 41m shares at 4p.

My maths make fair value just short of 14p.

Placing at 4p is pretty horrendous...

But it's not a huge dilution... Fair value is more like 15-20p here.

Am I right in saying the record date needs to be a minimum of 14 days before dividend payment date?

Therefore we could have a dividend RNS anytime between now and next Friday?

Is effectively just a placing?
