(*) Current market expectations refer to a Group compiled consensus for FY23 of;
· Sales Revenue £874m
· Adjusted Operating Profit of £3.0m
· Reported Loss Before Tax of £27.3m
· Net Debt (incl. IFRS 16) £201.5
So... A company that has a loss making, low margin business is valued at the same mcap as a growing, high margin, profitable business in a sector that is accelerating exponentially and organically.
Make sense of that if you can.
Sorry, but a £50m mcap with high single figure millions of profit every year just is not sustainable. A reversal is coming here and I suspect it will be sooner rather than later.
