The current SP around 0.4p is distressed and could bounce very hard on news of proposed RTO. I suspect 2-3p will end up being on the cards within a month.

Here's an example of how an RTO could work:

Fragrant have 254.53m shares in issue. They would issue 2.29b shares to Freedom holders (based on a 90/10 split). Most likely you'd see a share consolidation also so you're not looking at billions of shares in issue.

If the market then considers Freedom to have a mcap of £50m (which is quite conservative for a fintech already partned with a pension provider and VISA), you'd end up with a share price of just shy of 2p, or 4.5x the current price.

I genuinely suggest that you ask chat GPT how an rto transaction works... What would actually happen is that fragrant prosperity would issue millions and millions of shares to issue to Freedom shareholders and in return fragrant prosperity would keep a small piece of the equity that may be something that in the region of 5% maybe even 10% so if that was to happen and the enlarged group was valued at 40 million pounds that existing fragrant prosperity holders wood based on the current market cap have an Equity stake worth 2.5 or 5 times the current market cap
