Not sure there has been a specific time frame given, but I do remember both RY and PG talking about audits in February after the funding deal.

This would suggest that the PFS was being audited and this should surely be ready soon. If they have changed from this plan there will be more than just a slight delay as we haven't even finished the infill drilling yet, new mine plans would also have to be designed etc. This would be a serious change from the "living document" plan/idea and should be explained if it was the case. Perhaps the auditors are just being slow? Perhaps talk of a revised PFS by november is just revision of the expected PFS?

Vidacos took a fair few (more active than normal). Agree it doesn't make much difference who is selling prior to the PFS. As for grabbing shares whilst you can, I have already done so and really surprised the volume is currently so low!

Sorry to repeat the post, but I have read it again and it required editing to make more sense?? If we take March as being the point at which things are most clear, the nominee accounts and directors holdings have, until June, increased by approximately 12.5m. In April we can see that the Riverfort shares increase the total shares by 1.5m (+/-1 m natural variance in "others" total to explain the actual 2.5m increase here), at this point perhaps there was no real selling in the previous month as there is no appreciable change in the nominee accounts total. The following month again sees the total shares increase by 9m due to Riverfort, the "others" increases by 6m and the nominees increase by 3m, ie 3m sold, Crede or Riverfort? I had thought Crede like you. June shows that again Riverfort have increased the total shares by 4m, but the "others" have decreased by 5.5m ie 9.5m have been sold (in May) this corresponds to the nominees and directors increasing by 9m. In total 12.5m +/-1m sold since March. Again Crede or Riverfort? Hope that makes sense. Unfortunately we don't actually know who is in the "others" or how many shares they own. Like you I made the assumption up until April that it looked like Crede were selling and not Riverfort. The first thing that made me question this was the fact that the shares were being dumped in a different fashion. Secondly it looked like Crede had stopped selling at 15m, perhaps they did and it was the natural variance in the"others" which made it look like they were still selling. Thirdly, if you say that Crede still have 15m, then perhaps Riverfort have managed to offload almost all their shares. Is it a coincidence that the figure of 12.5m sold is so close to their total 14m? Finally, if you were Riverfort why did you convert in batches? Why not convert the total amount each month? If you do it the way they have done, they have made approximately 30% on each batch with less risk and have kept the potential to keep the SP low for June. JP

Hi TDT, could it not be Riverfort who have sold their 14m? The reason I ask is the way the shares have been disposed of recently ie end of day in round numbers which doesn't match what was happening whilst Crede were offloading. In this case I agree with Noloss in that a further drawdown from Riverfort is to be expected. If they took all that they are due this I would take as a positive as they no longer expect the price to go lower. Previously they could have been controlling the volume and price to their advantage. Just an alternative view as it is difficult to determine were the "others" shares came from or are going over the last 2 months

Looks like Crede might have offloaded just over 2m.
