Hi etank, to me it looks like there are approximately 45m shares left from the last placing in the JIM nominee account. The BONY account where the majority originally ended up have now moved into PI hands and so no longer hold. Viadacos look like they played a part in the placing, but are around their original holding percentage wise and from last months shareholding data are actually increasing again slightly. This months share information also confirmed that JIM sell very few below 1.75p so are comfortable holding their 46m until the SP rises above their buy in. These shares would disappear very quickly on a high volume news day. As for further placings, who knows? Certainly not DB or any other poster on here.

Hi TDT, I might be wrong but I remember the others at around 13% 2 years ago, it is now 19% and increased 1% last month. I know you keep the exact figures. Agree that it is worth keeping an eye on, especially when votes are going the wrong way. JIM and Vidacos sold 6m, that I think is still some of the last placing being sold on hence the slack comment.

The "other shareholders" have taken the slack again. This account has increased at a greater rate percentage wise than any of the nominee accounts.

Call me cynical, but it is the cruel/impeccable timing that is suspicious. Many including myself have alluded to similar concerns/fears about what is going on regarding AH, the truth is no one knows yet. RL claims to be sharing his obvious expertise for his own learning on a share he does not hold, yet chooses now when sentiment is just recovering to share his caution, it is not the first time suspicions have arisen I remain cautious!

Would like to point out that the estimated NPV of $614m is from the old 2019 PFS which does not include the 2018 drilling results. The imminent TEO should clear up a lot of the uncertainty. Interestingly, playing with RL's kind explanation, some guesswork and updated figures, for a 20 year LOM with 75% payability brings me very close to TDT's figure, hopefully my maths are correct.

My fear would be something similar. Perhaps the NRR deal was a Trojan horse and we were expected to buy in using the company as collateral, eventually losing control of the real prize.

My guess is it is either JIM or Vidacos or a combination of both going off the shareholding’s updates. However, I am hopeful that with this months volume they will be close to having sold out or in the case of Vidacos got back down to their long term average percentage, just my own thoughts.

Perhaps the TEO has already been submitted? Do we need the "blessing" of the government to release crucial information/data about a project of national and strategic importance?

Looks like JIM and Vidacos have sold over 60m between them, which explains the solid selling I have noticed from the 2.5 to 1.9 mark, makes them a tidy profit and keeps Vidacos percentage stable. Interesting that Others keeps growing as was actually expecting perhaps more selling from this area. Either way PIs taking the slack and limited profit for most new sellers at this SP so expect stable and hopefully rising price as month progresses. Just my opinion AmurTigers, but also keen to hear TDT's opinion.

DB another day like today and BONY will have probably sold their holdings having moved over 300m shares in less than 2 months. After that and with no current need for additional finance what is your view on the future direction in SP with news due. If you remember back to the Landstead, Crede and Riverfort financing days, there was significant uplift in the SP when they had sold out. If your theory is correct and PI's hold for years, then the SP should increase significantly.

Cheers TDT and agree completely. I see BONY as “friendly” facilitators and we would be in much worse shape without the switch from Riverfort, almost certainly exceeding 2 billion shares in issue. Not sure what Vidacos are up to as they seemed to sell down around the same time but have now increased?? Pretty happy overall and looking forward to the next 18 months.

Looks like BONY have the majority and are probably selling as before. Possibly having got rid of as many as 100m including previous holding. Viadcos increased significantly as have Others. Difficult to conclude much other than it confirms no new large investor, possibly one or two accumulators in Others below 3%. Expect the share price to stay stable for next month without news as BONY continue to sell down their remaining 218m. TDTs thoughts welcome.

TDT agree, although if Riverfort have been selling as much as they appear to have I would have expected the PI nominee accounts to have increased.
