Updated yesterday, but distribution looks wrong. Less shares than in issue!

Have Riverfort changed their selling tactics? There seems to be more sells in the morning now, not always large whole numbers (but can add up to them) with an associated large spread, any larger buys/buying from PI's then seems to be balanced late or after hours. Either way agree it is disheartening watching the SP drift lower, but at this rate I expect them to have sold out in 5 to 6 months (2.5m a week), really need to see the updated shareholders distribution though!

Pretty sure it was only a few hours before official RNS. Still no update on key shareholders for last month either.

Feeling stupid, should have read the start of the RNS...oops! Desperate to explain this unusual behaviour I guess.

Hi Noloss, "Under the Convertible Loan the Company will draw down the initial advance of US$4 million with a maturity date of 13 March 2019", this suggests that 13th March 2018 was the initial drawdown date, making it November to me, might be wrong.

Perhaps this has something to do with the negotiations "and the third advance 240 days after the initial advance", which I make to be around this Friday.

Surely the fact that an institutional investor is selling out is the major reason why the HZM share price is falling, luckily ours has already sold out :)

Interesting that when quizzed on when the PFS would appear (about 5mins in), after not answering the question directly, he starts talking about how next years strategic plan (alongside the PFS) is required for the banks to decide on how and when to release equity. This suggests to me that we will get funding news alongside or in the very near future subsequent to the release of the PFS.

Larger buys going through on NEX, total over 1m should see another large sell at the end of day. All good news as buys are currently easily outstripping Riverfort’s monthly “allowance”. If this continues we should start to see an increase in sp and conversion rate.

I guess the use of Riverfort is meant to reduce our tension

If we use this and the dates of each mining update, it looks like ASL takes between 5 and 6 weeks to check the samples given at the end of each month. So from this I would expect the final IKEN infill numbers to be finalised by 16th September at the latest. From here I suspect it will be very easy to change the already known numbers for the independent ASL ones within the PFS and give us the long awaited executive summary.

It has been determined that the aerial limits of the mineralisation appear to have been increased by as much as 50%. Drilling is being continued to determine the extent of this ore body. Results received in July confirm that mineralisation is present for an additional 100 metres in the northward direction and at least an additional 100 metres in the eastward direction"

IKEN, the now termed high grade zone, looking even better. Seems like we are just waiting for the ASL results regards updated PFS/executive summary, should be noted that this report is from 31st July, ie 2 weeks ago.

Could be some sort of roll-over as another 1m gone through @ 4.3p

My guess looking at the updated share holdings list, alongside TDT’s spreadsheet, is that Riverfort have to be selling as more than 15m have been sold since we thought Crede were at 15m. Personally I think riverfort are managing this well and are selling on average 6m a month (pretty much their monthly payment) whilst keeping back a possible conversion of around 10m when the pfs rns hits. The selling at the end of day in large whole numbers to me is different to when Crede were offloading.

Not necessarily, as from this RNS it reads like they have a PFS, perhaps already audited. The use of the word "incorporated" suggests this to me. Only giving them the benefit of the doubt you understand.

Hi CBS, I still think we will get the PFS fairly soon, although I doubt this will include the 2017 results hence the need for an updated PFS later in the year as was implied in the 121 notes. This would allow the updated mine design and trade-off studies to be incorporated. These would then need to be updated again for this years promising results ie a living document. All this is based on what has been said and despite the lack of 2017/2018 results the PFS would still allow a rough idea of what to expect once they are incorporated, though I guess at this point it will be the DFS we are waiting for.

Why talk about audits if it is not completed in-house?
