But seriously, Europa are unable / unwilling to confirm the licence extension is signed, and we are dealing with one of the most corrupt governments ( by perception) in the world and major oil companies well seasoned in negotiations in West Africa, some backed by the Chinese government. Will is a nice chap, but this is a very challenging context for a tiny oil company.
