Delighted to hear it gave you a good laugh, always a good tonic for the soul. I'm doing ok thank you, how about you? I've finally, fingers crossed, found an AIM Share that has made up for the losses I've incurred here.....lets just say I'm very OPTImistic about it.... Good luck on this gambling casino, formally known as AIM in the good old days.... Ha ha. GLA, let's hope next RNS brings us some good fortune here too!
Thought we could all do with a giggle, just found this post today on a BB here on LSE. I'm speechless! I would just ignore what TW says. His record speaks for itself. He's a journalist. If you fansy a laugh have a watch of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kf5tT02Tw8A
I hope I'm wrong, but it's just that those four large trades, about 133k looks to me as though someone's off loading again. The bid/offer price is the same but the trade price quoted is 26.49 so that might be rounded down or up tomorrow morning, but that's still lower than today's close. I hope I've got the wrong end of the stick but this share..well...its just a mystery to me these days! Anyhow, good luck with any investment you have here.
That's some trades, not looking good for tomorrow's opening price! And...before anyone starts - don't blame me.... I was out all day! Good luck folks
Language.... Ha ha... Okidoky, you two, I will stay out as much as I can tomorrow! But I'm out most of next week... Going to make pumpkin pies tomorrow so if my pastry don't rise & bake till its golden brown from cooking them on the camper stove on the allotment, there will be trouble! Yeah, we are blessed.. Life, like AIM, it's a lucky dip of where you invest or where you live... Good investment ideas/advice or living your life honestly and with a good heart.... Both not guaranteed you'll come out top in this crazy world! Ok...that's my rant for the night. Good luck for tomorrow...lets end the week on the Friday high like the good old days!
Hi Spottedlurcher, As for averaging down, did that three times! If we end up with 50, then I will only be at a 50% loss, which is better than where I stand at the moment. Not the best case scenario I can think of on the planet but a much better prospect that my previous 75% loss! Heyhoe, only money... We are still very fortunate, we're not in a war zone, homeless & destitute so I still consider myself lucky. I'm doing really well on some bio medical stock at the moment ( on AIM ) and feel I'm well overdue to find a golden nugget on this gambling circuit because it's no longer investing IMHO is just Russian roulette these days. Good luck all and hopefully we will all still be alive and kicking to enjoy the fruits of Blinky rather than pushing up the daisies!
This positive news....are we surprised? I pray it at least filters through to the industry and the s/p picks up. Positive news = s/p down! Well, it's Friday tomorrow so bring back the good old days and we end the week higher. In MHO Blinky have done all they can now to prove we're whiter than white and leading the way in the industry standard. Roll on when everything's fully integrated and we move back into blazing the trail well and truly into the blue! Rollercoaster share, I'm praying for the hat trick! It's hit the highs twice before... GLA & DYOR
"RhythmGuard confirms true impressions and excludes non-human traffic at every point across the digital conduit -- domain, publisher, page, user, content and ad-level -- before it reaches the marketplace," said Dwight Ringdahl, SVP Technology at RhythmOne. "We've pioneered a technology that allows us to combat domain masking post-bid -- this is a rare feature in the industry. We believe that the ability to prevent, rather than just measure fraud after the fact, takes brand safety to the next level." I particularly liked this paragraph, let's hope it makes folk sit up and pay attention. Unfortunately, as you've mentioned, no RNS, so some things still not changed! Heyhoe, GLA
I think we just jinked it.... Ha ha! Think I'll go out for a few hours....see if that helps!

Egdon Resources PLC 21 July 2014 ? 21 July 2014 EGDON RESOURCES PLC ("Egdon" or "the Company") Commencement of drilling operations - Wressle-1 exploration well (PEDL180) Egdon Resources plc (AIM:EDR) is pleased to announce the commencement of drilling operations at the Wressle-1 conventional oil exploration well in Lincolnshire Licence PEDL180 located to the East of S****horpe. The Wressle-1 well "spudded" at 0300 hours on 19 July 2014. Drilling operations are expected to take around 38 days. The planned well will be drilled as a deviated well to a total depth of about 2,300 metres (ca. 1,850 metres TVDSS). It has been designed to intersect a number of prospective Upper Carboniferous age sandstone reservoirs in a structurally favourable position near the crest of the Wressle structure. The Wressle Prospect is defined on proprietary 3D seismic data, which was acquired by Egdon in February 2012. The Prospect is located on trend with the producing Crosby Warren oil field and the Broughton-B1 oil discovery, both to the immediate northwest, and the Brigg-1 oil discovery to the immediate southeast. All contain oil in various different sandstone reservoirs within the Upper Carboniferous succession. The gross mean Prospective Resources at Wressle, as calculated by Egdon, are estimated to be 2.1 million barrels of oil. The interests in PEDL180 and the Wressle-1 well are: Egdon Resources U.K. Limited 25.00% (Operator) Celtique Energie Petroleum Limited 33.33% Europa Oil & Gas Limited 33.34% Union Jack Oil plc 8.33% Operations at this site will not - either now or in the future - involve the process of hydraulic 'fracking' for shale gas. Commenting on the commencement of drilling operations Mark Abbott, Managing Director of Egdon said: "We are pleased to be commencing a more active operational period with the start of drilling operations on the Wressle prospect and we look forward to updating shareholders with the results from this well towards the end of August. Success in our conventional exploration drilling programme could lead to near-term additions to our production and revenue stream and is a key part of our strategy. "
