Britishbulls - Technical analysis of BLNX.L with candlesticks https://www.britishbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=BLNX.L
Considering I got really cheesed off the other month and was going to sell, I probably might stick with it now. But realistically, another year is a long time to wait when I could have the cash working elsewhere. But...if it ever got to 50 I would seriously consider selling since this has been a nightmare of a share. Just bought in at the wrong time, steep learning curve... But, as we've said all along, a steady rise daily would be most welcome.
Me too! Heyhoe, only need 80 pence rise and I'll break even... Just hoping after today's gains ( please let the UT show a gain ! ) that the British Bulls website will record it as a buy rating...that should bring in a few more interested investors. This time next year then...as Dell Boy would say... GLA
Heading in the right direction....long may it continue!
I left the house this morning with high hopes s/p would rise! Silly sausage that I am... I forgot to image that it would remain higher! At least didn't go lower..... Heyhoe, at least it tried..... Better luck tomorrow folks! Anyone got that date were supposed to be waiting ?
Ok, we will wait three weeks! Good to hear your doing well else where, heartening to hear considering it's no longer investing these days, it's worse than a casino! All the best
Just spotted the British Bulls website is warning of a bull run! Market OutlookWith the bullish pattern detected today candlesticks warned short sellers to be on alert. Market sentiment may be changing in the direction of the bulls. https://www.britishbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=BLNX.L
Hi, Will probably sell if it falls below 16p... It's dangerously close though isn't it... Going out now, not back till late tonight, will check price and all advice / comments gratefully received... Going to Hillsborough memorial in town, love my city of Liverpool. RIP Hey, this is only money, can't put a price on a human life... May your God go with you, as Dave Allen would of said.. Ttfn
Ok, we've reached almost our yearly low and I'm now tempted to sell because can't stand this slow death anymore and long ago ran out of patience. Could someone please give me a date or a good reason why I should stay put and wait? Hey, I've only lost 83% of my original investment so why don't I watch the 100% go down the pan.... Any help or advice would be appreciated...
I think Pacificsailor sums this up well.... We just have to be patient...which is a virtue I'm try to practice.... :- "I was expecting more revenue. The first half produced 91m ..... this half 75-85m. Cash is down 6m over the six months. 'Returned to profit in the 3 rd quarter' .... 'Seasonality' in the 4 th quarter .... No profits then!?? Until we get the full report we're really not going to know the operating profit. EBITDA is too maliable. The 'market outlook' is not a market outlook at all! The trouble with this statement is that the 40m annual savings won't actually be seen until well into next financial year, but the costs for achieving them is taken this year. No point pulling this statement apart any further as there in no real info there .... My reading is they are getting the business, but at the cost of revenue and profit. I suspect that they are going all out to get market share. We will see the profits after the critical mass of business has been secured. IMO"
Nice one Spottedlurcher That's the best answer this year...and probably true ha ha Thanks for the laugh, need it. p.s. Couldn't we send in your Jack Russell to bark out some orders at Blinky and get the show on the road....joke!
Hi Spottedlurcher, You still here too! ( goodness help us both!) Could your Jack Russell please explain to us both why we are still holding? I could kick myself, several times because of this dog of a share, if you pardon the pun! Was only looking at figures last night and thinking of cashing in my 80%+ loss, now it's probably 90%+ loss... Treble groan... Yes, here to the end in the hope and a prayer that one day it will come to full fruition. On paper their technology/ strategy etc etc sounds Ab Fab.... Time will tell, just unfortunately, taking longer than expected, let's hope next update will help... Good luck
Nice work if you can get these plummy jobs!
Can't think of anything constructive to say, comments below sum it up nicely... Good luck folks, And yes, I'm still invested!
" Andy began her career at Regis McKenna and helped Steve Jobs and Apple launch the Macintosh computer in 1984. When Jobs left Apple to form NeXT and acquire Pixar, he selected Andy to represent him for several years " That will do nicely for me folks! GLA
Yes, ha ha... I was out for the day BUT perhaps this year I need to stay in for the S/p to rise? I saw the RNS this morning, left the house at 10am and s/p was 20 and I had high hopes it would continue to rise! Heyhoe, we skimmed the 20's but didn't quite hold it but great start for the year. Yes, well done Blinky management for turning things around, great bit of news when everybody else seems to have listened to that RBS chappie and sold sold sold! This and a few other AIM Shares I've got are the only ones risen today, rest of the market gone to pot! USA Markets up at the mo tonight so I've got high hopes our FT100 will follow suit in the morning! Fingers crossed! Great buying opportunities though whilst market down. Good luck folks.
Soooo tempted to throw in the towel here and use my cash, what's left that is, to try and find a rising share... After all, markets crashed today so some good bargains to be had. I've just bought another share today in the hope that the only way is up from here at these rock bottom priced. We shall see. But, unfortunately I'm a stubborn silly billy at times so I shall stay put for ---- years! Fill in yourself how many years you think it will take. Groan.... A few more years? But...oh so tempted to sell up! I'm out all day tomorrow so see if that brings us any luck, it's the best I can do. GL
Hi, yes, know what you mean about the muppet! Even if I threw enough darts at the shares, I'd eventually pick a winner. Heyhoe, swings and roundabouts but I've learnt my lesson, no more than a 10% loss from now on, or I bail out plus not catching any more failing knives! Yes, great learning curve! Fingers still crossed for Blinky but, like you, I believe in KARMA.... what goes around comes around! Those dastardly MM's .... Don't know how they sleep at night. Heyhoe, don't get me started... Wishing you a very prosperous new year Joy
Saw your name over at my very optimistic share tip... Wink wink... Learnt lesson.. I've accumulated over a 100% gain, in just a few months, so today I sold half my original purchase price! So I'm hedging my bets this time round, 50 % out now and 50 % to let run... Not getting burnt twice.... Covered my losses here ( thank goodness ) plus more... Not gloating but just thrilled I've finally made a profit off an AIM share! Stunned would be a better way of summing it up, cos Blinky seriously put the wind up my trading choices this year....got very stressed! My best share EVER! Saw you comment on you know who.... Ha ha! Let's hope Blinky comes good on next RNS.... Everything crossed! All the best Joy
Just wanted to wish you all a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year! We've had our ups and downs, plus a few laughs along the way... Best school of life learning curve I've ever had thanks to Blinky's antics... So, I reckon that some...just some...of my losses go towards my tuition fees.... Ha ha.. Got to try and get some positivity out of this.. Hey, I'm not under flood water so I think I'm still blessed, hope you all are too...blessed that is! All the best Joy
