Why do the banks lend / provide a mortgage when no income?

As regarding income... Once it starts rolling in... It is FCF and quite possibly for decades. As i stated yesterday, for us this is going as per our research, timings and expectations.

Pls do not explain what forms 'hedging' can take...It could well cause a meltdown then a realisation amongst one or two. I will just leave that there as I do not want to cause an issue amongst genuine holders.

2. Pretend to sell up in attempt to revive some credibility you think you once had

When you mention genuine...Do you still think Costa was not genuine when he broke and proved the short position 8 months before it was made public? He seemed to know what he's talking about and was being genuine. No matter much how some tried to say he wasn't and that it wouldn't impact. He also sign posted price movement months before it was happening by providing the framework. I am thankful for that.
