Looking at the register , all shares appear to be in the hands of nominee account holders , where are the insti holders?

It's going to be difficult to raise more funds, has the main poncho any assets to put in, if not then 0.024 will probably be the ticket , then followed by bankruptcy some time after.

The last update said finance discussions are still ongoing , but not secured , so with their track record they could still say no deal , hence the sp trading at historic lows , one of the worst companies in this sector for creating shareholder value .

MP150 , they are unlikely to purchase shares , their track record is appalling , they instigated a share buyback some time ago when the price was around �1.50 , �25 million investment now valued close to �8.5 million , very astute !!

I would expect the sp to rise once we have confirmation that Fortuna is dead in the water , they can then concentrate on Tanzania , Shell will soon be moving forward on that little gem.

Still no news of finance , share price tanking , looks like they will have to sell LAST 20% of Tanzania , must be worth at least $1 billion , or a takeout @ 89p ouch.

The BOD have had a lovely 3 years , achieving not a lot for the company , but doing very nicely for themselves , lot's of promises but nothing to give one hope of a turnaround of fortunes here , remember they had �1.3 billion in cash not to long ago , which should have given them lots of opportunities . FID is not far away , looks like major holders are sitting tight.
