Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
What I'm saying is that their current share price just based on current earnings and expectations for 2022/2023, is undervalued.
Current MCAP is £366m, however based on them making £100m a year profit, times by 5 years, then looking at £500m.
This is based on consistent business. However the good situation is they are dreading debt costs, and increasing revenue, show the net profit should increase year on year. As such put more of a target over the year towards MCAP of £1B
Numbers speak for themselves.
With less debt interest payments, and increase in revenue, the net profit should increase.
As you say, they have a stable run rate business, so easier to plot a consistent MCAP potential, which based on their current last report profit should nearer £500m, giving a share price of 29.60ish
Adjusted Revenue
FY21: £3,008.5m
FY20: £2,995.5m
Adjusted Profit before Tax
FY21: £93.5m
FY20: £5.4m
Adjusted free cash flow
FY21: £78.1m
FY20: £170.3m
Net debt
FY21: £879.8m
FY20: £1,077.1m
Looking very good for 2022.
The restructuring and paying off debt has been a massive moment for the company. With high levels of client retention and run rate contracts that clients have to pay guarantee revenue.
At the current levels this is a fantastic opportunity.
Interesting points. This week seemed to be the worst.
When you look at the stock price spike in the week these were fast upwards with small volume. There is no hunger in this share dipping again, the floor keeps bouncing up. Alot of share holders will now be locked in with the fast down in price.
Next week should be a big load time for major holders to average down. By end of week easily be at 25/26 and stable.
Shorts almost closed, should be a good week next week:
Fund % short Date changed
Marshall Wace LLP 0.58% 10 Mar 2022
Marshall Wace LLP 0.68% 9 Mar 2022
Marshall Wace LLP 0.75% 8 Mar 2022
Marshall Wace LLP 0.88% 2 Mar 2022
Marshall Wace LLP 0.90% 16 Feb 2022
Marshall Wace LLP 0.80% 21 Dec 2021
Given the price I could see some big holders buy up a lot of shares to average down and raise the nature stock price. This can easily move to the 30 with a small push.
The account books and revenue are looking very strong.
The strongest string sellers in town old Capital :)
Looking at the price any holders from before this week at lose, will see a lot of averaging down happen while possible.
The company has a wide portfolio with strong rolling contracts for constant flow of revenue.
Bargain to get this price, chuck in pension and house, sit in for a few months and double money.
Golden opportunity
Seems like they have gotten out the bad news, and looking at their strong portfolio and what the CEO this looks really for a bounce back up
