Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Lots of wise words and much to mull over.
Seems we all expect this share to recover and move north soon, and that based on factors considered can see a strong opportunity in this company.
At NOFEAR, thank you for providing the details.
So based on current SP, they need to expose of £18m.
Looking at the stock run rates, as others have said we should be clear soon.
Also F R&M for being little biaches
If Capita went bust because if all the support contracts they have the fall out to their clients would be massive, with waves spanning out across the UK market.
I think people underestimate how integrated Capita are to the UK economy and company landscape.
It's the reason why I find the current share price laughable, taking into account their contracts, revenue, and debt, and market position a fair value MCAP should be £1b easily.
As others have said, overhang cleared. And looks like large PI are buying up.
Appears we are at the floor and stayed stable even when mass sells happening.
Glad to got in so cheap. Heres to the future!!!!
Could we see another big company buy back of shares while cheap to support their company pension pot?
Now would be a great time for that to happen for both capita employees and share holders.
I just find it mental that based on revenue and contracts that the MCAP can be so low.
As such, we need to hold the BoD accountable. With that in mind in vote that they be replaced soon of they fail to reassure investors. This is business, leave your heart felt sentiments at the door.
I'm still of the opion (yes factoring in debt) that for a mere £360m MCAP, buying up this company firing senior management and asset stripping is a fast way for an investment firm to make a quick buck.
The BoD need to come out with some positives next week or risk loosing the company and their jobs.
Burn the II's, if they can't support the share while down here then I hope they get stung for compliancy.
The BoD silence is deafening.
We need a new major share holder to shake the tree, clear the dead wood management and increase revenue.
Seems like a good deal to buy a company for £1b, to cover MCAP and debt. They are about to get £115m from a sale, plus have £3b worth of revenue with a 93% retention rate, and numerous contracts they have signed in to multi year revenue streams.
