Islay, is a really nice Island of the west coast of Scotland....I've visited Islay before and would highly recommend a visit in the summer rather than the winter......
The distilleries are expanding at huge rate due to global demand for the fine stuff they produce.
Make sure you book your accommodation before you go as i here it can get busy at certain times of the year.

More news coming out of China that their vaccines a second rate and Zero Covid -lock downs are here to stay.

What does that mean for the west? no cheap imports, global supply problems........ Everything going up in price

I would get it if they put their mask on as they entered the cathedral or a confined space.....
They wear them in the open air ..... Almost like they are entering a NBC (Nuclear Biological Chemical ) environment.

I agree, China-Asia have been wearing masks long before covid.......
Every single member in that glorious church today (including the walking dead President Biden)were not wearing masks.

I just find it interesting-fascinating why the Chinese continue to act as if the pandemic is not over ....

We witnessed today a spectacular event of what's good and great about this country......
There was once again something that stood out for me ......(Probably didn't catch most peoples eye)
All but 2 individuals out out of Hundreds of thousands of people in London this day was Chinese vice president Wang Qishan and Wing man wearing nothing less than a Covid mask !!!!!!!

Speaks volumes .

We are all frustrated here and you make valid points regarding us missing the boat at crucial junctions.
I'm on the fence with this stock and just hope the BOD get a contract to get us up and running. There are clearly no guarantees here , but time will tell it's sh@t or bust here and we will know soon enough who has called this right.

Regardless of how Covid is tackled from country to country, precautions still need to be considered for the vulnerable in our society. If countries decide not to get vaccinated or chose their own vaccine rather than western equivalents, then Covid will remain within their borders for years to come and it increases the chances of the virus potentially mutating into something we have never seen before.
Not saying that this will happen, but there is no way you can rule this out and before we know it we are back to square one.

The true death rates - infection rates will never be known in China.

I'm baffled by it ..... They say that President Xi Jinping is constantly coughing through speeches and has likely got covid.
Lock-downs in china won't work. As here and everywhere else heard immunity is clearly the way forward . Hospitals, Aircraft's ,Air condition units , etc will be different .

Could not help, but notice as the world has pretty much ditched face masks that the Chinese President and his deligates, security staff are still wearing the mask!
Question is why? why are still taking these precautions?
Are they all still unvaccinated ?
Do they know something we dont ?

Food for thought .
