Directors will be aware of current production so with their recent buying I think the Q2 update might be quite positive.
Also don't think Peter Dunne has finished buying, needs to catch up with his fellow directors especially with the position he holds.

But wouldn't be surprised to get an update soon,maybe Monday, on the initial well-testing of the ASV-1X exploration well.
Then the rig should be moved to spud the Al Jahraa-14 development well, if it hasn't done so already.

This resolution was also in the the last years agm and was passed then, probably in the year before as well.
Don't believe it is of any concern and very common.

Hope that BL has something good to reveal before the agm and wholeheartedly agree that uog is extremely undervalued and expect a significant increase in the share price very soon.

The real object here is to promote whatever they can to realise value and longevity for directors with no regard or return to pi's.
The directors with the help of idiotic rampers on bulletin boards, who know full well what and why they are here, they will continue to live a a very profitable lifestyle at the expense of gullible investors who get suckered in by the promise of riches that never ever materialise.

Looking forward to results from the ASV-1X exploration well, expected around 14th June if not sooner.
If results positive and they include an update on current production and if that has stabilised/increased then we could see a rise back up to 6p at least.
