This has 3-4p written all over it as i posted last night.. We have had 3 cracks at 2p today and cant break through although one more buy should see that IMO..
Yes - there are only 78M shares in issue so we have added volatility and of that 60% are tightly held As at 22nd February 2010, there are 78,392,551 ordinary 1 pence shares in issue. The company has been advised of the following substantial share interests exceeding 3% of the issued ordinary share capital: Polymer Holdings Ltd 22,566,078 28.79% TW Indus Ltd 9,565,802 12.20% Brian Scholfield 5,166,333 6.59% Artemis Investment Management 4,330,000 5.52% Techpacific.com Investments Ltd. 3,081,873 3.93% Acuity Capital Management 2,841,200 3.62% There are no restrictions on the transfer of shares and the company has not applied or agreed to have its shares traded on any other exchanges or trading platforms. That leaves us pi's to scrap over 40% or 32M shares and with that ~1.5M was traded from 4-430 after the RNS was released. This has all the hallmarks to doubling tomorrow as every buy is likely to move this north.. From the RNS in December 1.5p is breakeven for the 18,333,333 shares that were taken up by Polymer Holdings so that will be our first hurdle and we will find out soon enough if they intend on selling which I very much doubt. My guess that this will close ~ 3p so get in early
No problem - just taken another 49k see 3p as the new bottom - heres hoping
Still only me... and another 12% up So what we have to come... 22nd Feb - VLE General meeting mainly to approve buy back of shares but may get a snippet of Lander's intentions with DXR or IPTH w/c 22nd Feb - Hopefully we will get notification of Lander's intentions this week if nothing comes from the VLE general meeting 4th March DXR general meeting where Lander gets voted in and Ward packs his bags and we keep our listing.. If we hear from Lander next week then I wonder if we will get a response from Ward prior to the general meeting. If we do it will have to be something special to persuade shareholders to vote against the Landers.. So then IPTH gets reversed back into DXR and from VLEs interim results released on 25/09 "Interactive Prospect Targeting, which was acquired on 29 September 2008, continued to perform strongly with revenue and operating profit for the period of GBP5.2 million and GBP1.0 million respectively (3 months to 31 December 2008 GBP2.7 million and GBP0.4 million). The Group has consolidated this company as a subsidiary as it has control over it, but its equity ownership is 50%" So one would like to think that 5 months on that revenue line and operating profit has increased significantly and not only that but the business appears to being run properly - something that Ward and co couldnt do. Will Kiersnowski - sell out his remaining holdings? Current MCAP is £1.65M with 1.5p in cash, considerable tax losses to reclaim, and directors getting paid a wedge, £5m paid in consultancy fees over the last 18 months - with the prospect of IPTH with a 3 month revenue of £5.2M being backed into DXR.. Lander at the helm, at least 1.5p cash, reclaimed tax losses, ditch the consultancy fees, cut down on total salaries and having IPTH as a profitable business within DXR.. Undervalued or what..
Just me then - a mere 14% up on the day - as soon as the herd arrive this will multibag
Not much stock around at 3p to buy - next week should be interesting with a struggle for power between Lander and Ward.. Can see this at 8p short term - 10p+ longer term
To get back into DXR with the general meeting not far away and with Jonathan Lander buying up a stake in DXR things could get really interesting. IMO ward will get booted out with a majority vote for Lander to replace him - then there will be a tie-up with Volvere that is also run by Lander and acquired the IPTH business in 2008. Ward got paid 300k last year which is obsene and stated in his "plea" to shareholders that they currently have 1.5p worth of cash at the current cash burn rate which consisted of high salaries and extortionate amounts paid to consultants. I have bought 250k of these and have every intention of selling north of 10p...
That the mms may have spiked this to clear the last of Cazenove's holding.. Also good chance to snatch a few before confirmation that Cazenove are out.

Without knowing when the relist will be one thing for certain is that without news on the BG farm out and settlement on the Peak scenario the SP will tank. I for one hope that we can have some degree of resolution on the matters above just to see the SP relist in a favourable manner for all those that arent shorting EEL
