My understanding is that in general takeovers are agreed at around 40 % of the sp at the time that the takeover approach is made, I'm guessing our TO price would be at a fairly hefty premium to the sp before the approach due to the fact that our project is unique and could be groundbreaking, also the fact that whoever wants to takeover the company is buying a mine that has a 100 year life so that would have to be taken into consideration surely?

Genuinely interested what LTH's/genuine investors here think our takeover price would be say one the building of the mine has been completed and we have say started shipping the stuff out to our customers and possibly a couple of new big TORPS have been signed, I would think that then we will be a genuine takeover target? but at what price at that point?

Yes Foxy I agree, 35p + this year would be right and just but obviously right and just doesn't always happen but things are looking pretty dam positive at this point, where is that deramper/troll/basher who stated that bad news was due the Wednesday that has been and gone? if there was any I must have missed it. lol

I disagree with you there OR to a certain extent, I've been holding patiently for 6 years like yourself, current average 17.47 so am sitting on a loss as things stand, if you have been invested here for 6 years then you will know the patience and loyalty that you must have shown to this project, also not sure if this stock is 100 % of your portfolio as it is for myself which fair enough does colour the way I view this project, obviously all holders that are hoping for the sp to rise as opposed to fall are just as worthy as LTH's but it's obviously that a LTH will have been through alot whilst holding for all these years whereas obviously a relatively new holder won't have seen the highs and extreme lows that LTH's have had to endure, thats is my only point.

Ok, I should have added the words 'likely' or 'hopefully' within the next 11 trading says, to be fair everything is pointing to a the bonds being sold successfully but I take your point so have added those words just for clarity.

30 million + traded already, looking like a nice strong finish to this week then. Well done fellow LTH's, only 11 trading days maximum until stage 2 finance will be done and dusted, then we will see a much much healthier sp that reflects the progress and potential of our project!

Yes I have put everything on hold pretty much for the last 6 years so that every disposable £1 could be invested here, in answer to your second question am I mad? most probably yes but just have to keep thinking that it will be worth it in the end, at least at some point within the next couple of weeks it will either look a very good decision or maybe not so good and I will have to wait quite a bit longer to get the returns I am hoping for.

Still confident that the bond news will be positive then if on top of that the next quarterly update is positive then I can see the sp 35p +, absolutely no doubt in my mind that that sp is achievable this year presuming of course the above events occur.

I agree that it is pretty reckless to have invested everything in here, really didn't start out thinking I would but have kept getting what I saw as great chances to increase holding then when the sp gets back above 50p again I will be sitting pretty again, thats always been the plan, at least there is not long to wait until I know if the last 6 years of patience and some sleepless nights (although strangely not recently so much) will have been worth putting holidays,trips, everything really on hold so I could plough as much as possible in here.

By the volumes recently presumably news is very imminent, would be good to have it this week for a relaxing weekend but I'm sure I can wait until next week for the confirmation of bonds sorted RNS bearing in mind Iv'e been invested patiently here for the last 6 years so by that scale another few days is no problem.

i don't agree dickyboy, firstly, alot of people invested here are currently sitting on a loss so selling at this point is not exactly the most appealing course of action.

Secondly, you seem to be saying that if the project goes wrong then investors who have waiting patiently and in some cases lost their life savings because the BOD didn't deliver what they said they would are meant to just not voice their displeasure?

Which site is giving the trading volume today as 62 million? Iv'e checked through a few but can't seem to find which one? Thanks

of 40 million, 50 million yesterday so we are seeing much higher daily volumes recently. Bodes well for when news hits this week ideally if not next week I would hope!

Has it been decided at what prices each gathering will take place? I mean obviously £1, then is it at £2, £3 etc or will it be £1, £3, £5, £10 etc? Thanks

It depends what sp everyone is referring to and what your definition is of 'come good' obviously a £1 is a good starting point but as Iv'e consistently stated I would potentially look to sell part of my holding if and when the sp hits £5 per share which if I were to go by your estimates Cherokee will take another 50 years! even if it took that long I would still only be 86 then so will be in my prime and at least I will be able to raise a smile if the sp hits £5 then, most probably won't be able to raise anything else sadly but a smile will be something at least!

bodes well for this week I feel, 'the RNS' maybe closer to popping up than some think?
