Yeah like you say Alan, we are where we are, just need to dust ourselves down and concentrate on what positive outcomes can still occur here, already feeling more positive today than yesterday so as time goes on sentiment should improve and with that the sp, it's really just a waiting game for the next few weeks, to be fair the leaks work both ways so any whiff of a partner being found or finance secured the sp will, very much like yesterday, move very quickly and significantly, the shorters/bashers/trolls won't be so ****y if and when that day comes will they!

All things considered bearing in mind the negative press and trolls on here and where the sp was this morning, i'l settle for that finish today, a few more director buys/II's adding to holdings over the next couple of days/weeks/months and I think the sp should be in a much stronger position. I saw the following post on the blueshare by a poster called Wilko, so credit goes to him but what does any LTH's/genuine investors think of the following idea? (no need for trolls to respond as you will just be trolling so it makes your view/opinion worthless and pointless to me)

"There are a few potentially positive comments in today's announcements and although the market rightly is taking it badly - it might not be all doom and gloom.

Three elements struck my as possible sources of relief:

- SXX talking openly about TBM progress could make drive 2 from lockwood beck redundant. Also using TBM mucking out conveyors transporting upto 6m tons pa deferring a chunk of capital spend.

- Future steps now involving a search for a cornerstone investor. ADM must be a likely candidate. Would such an investment need to take that much time ?

- CF mentions exploring various stages of investment individually linked to seperate risk profile parts of the project ( ie for me main shaft sinking ) where those willing to take the main part of risk in any given area are rewarded for that part.

What if ADM for example subscribed for upto 3.5 Bn shares ( upto 30% of SXX fully diluted )@ 10p say ( replacing $400m convertibles now returned and used for non shaft sinking parts of project to keep those elements rolling forward ) massive interest saving a plus.
AND committed to lend $500m dedicated to completing main shaft sinking ( presumably at a decent rate, but hopefully much less than the 13.5% bandied about for the bond ) PLUS committment to lend more to cover any cost overrun in this area. ie shafts get dug and some of the contingencies get kicked into ADM's court ( if I could mix my metaphors ).

The share price of any issue I don't think is critical critical, although the lower the price the poorer the immediate sentiment - so long as ADM committ to lending enough to complete shaft sinking.

Obviously such a plan would depend on ADM's view of the shaft sinking risk and whether they would be prepared to own a polyhalite mine, at a higher cost, if it all goes horribly wrong.

My "back of the envelope" guesstimate is that would "only" dilute by 20% from previous final count of 10Bn shares after second tranche of convertibles ( which have been cancelled ) to 12Bn all told. If this route is an option, for takeover panel reasons ADM's holding would need to be below 30% - but MIGHT not need to be that much. Any dilution arising will be offset to a certain extent by the benefit of fairly significant interest savings, both in the capital rollup and ongoing.

I remain sceptical about Govt guarantees. It's just not there job to finance private companies.

Administration is still ultimately a possibility - but my feeling FWIW is it won't come to that."

Yes Paul, I believe that if a member of the BOD buys then price sensitive news/RNS can't be released anytime in the next 30 days.

Hi FFC, Myo, Alan and all other genuine LTH's, it's been a bit of a challenging week so far but I will continue to hold here until it hopefully comes good, feel that there is more to come from this project and with patience anyone that holds can still be rewarded in time but it will be rocky for the next few weeks no doubt.

To all of the bashers/derampers/trolls, I accept every dog has their day so yesterday must have been like heaven for you, I will not respond to any of your trolling or taunts and will only respond to genuine LTH's or holders who are here who want to actually see the sp rise and the company succeed.

From previous experience on here once to sp starts to creep back up the trolls then move on to a different BB, just ride out this week then we hopefully can get back to some sensible reading next week.

Whoever started up the new account using my username, fair enough I can take a joke but it becomes a bit silly when it drags on and on.

I'm toying with the idea of topping up but will give it a few days as I think the sp will most probably fluctuate between 5-10p for the next few weeks or until we get an update on the finance, on the positive side it seems like the build is going at an amazing speed so more reason for the BOD to get this finance issue sorted and out of the way which I believe they will ideally within the next 4-12 weeks.

CF just bought some shares today so shows confidence obviously, hopefully the beginning of more positive news flow.

I am indeed still feeling extremely positive, the only part that is slightly off in your summary is Del boy may hope to be a millionaire in 1 year whereas if everything goes to plan I'm quietly confident that sirius could in fact make me a paper millionaire (admittedly once Iv'e paid CGT it won't be worth quite 1 million) within the next 3-5 years.

I agree with you barna, it's not like there has been a big sell off is there, I expect the sp to recover tomorrow and the rest of this week to somewhere in the teens, just my opinion, everyone DYOR and all that.

Steadygoes, most certainly not champagne as haven't be able to splurge on luxury's such as that for the past 6 years as have put every available penny in here so no champagne at this point in time, one day in the next 10 trading days? quite possibly!

Ok thanks for confirming wwguk, so it seems in fact we are possibly looking at at very positive conclusion to this bond issue, I think it may have just been that article mistakenly posted at 12.18 today that spooked investors and in turn gave the MM's a chance to do what they do best, in all in nothing to be concerned about imo, hopefully we will get news this week to finally put this issue to bed after a long 12 months waiting then it will be nice to see the sp start moving sharply in the other direction then we will really start to see some trading volume!

If the above is correct then that would be very positive, guess we will know soon enough! Keep the faith LTH's and try to ignore the bashers/derampers, today was like heaven for them presumably as they could attempt to plant seeds of doubt when the shake was in progress.

i repeat, in my personal view if the sp is at 9.66p earlier in the day and it finishes the day above 10p then I see that as an acceptable finish sp wise bearing in mind where the sp was earlier in the day, sorry if you disagree with me.

If the day low is 9.66 then to me anything over 10p finish on the day is acceptable, just my opinion, obviously you don't agree, so surprised that you would take the contrarian view, who would have seen that coming.

is acceptable, obviously it was never going to be plain sailing until the bonds are confirmed as sold so you should expect the odd day such as today.

If you do some research on how the stock market works then you will find out the games that MM's play Aubrey.

it will in fact end up being a nice solid start to this week after all, I guess the MM's have to create some panic now and then to try and gather some stock which they have successfully done today, nice volume overall for us again today, interest has clearly been building over the last couple of weeks as everyone waits for the bonds to be confirmed as sold finally! not long to wait now at least!

Rusiris, the only RNS you will be seeing this week is a positive one imo, as experienced LTH's correctly pointed out during the tree shake, it was just that seemingly combined with the BBC publishing an old article to look like it was from today by accident. Hopefully we should now see a finish of 11.25-11.50 today.

Thats what the general consensus seems to be Nitrokev, more than likely MM's stocking up for when the bonds being confirmed as sold news hits either this week or latest next week.

LTH's have seen these sort of games played on many occasions so no surprise to see some more played just before some transformational news is released.

or simply just a little last dip tree shakes from MM's so they can load up, take your pick on which it is, still a long way to go today so don't be surprised if we finish where we started this morning or even a little bit up.
