You may well be in profit in the not too distant future then Sir, it seems like there is much more confidence in the new management and that they will be able to realise this companys potential, we all hope so obviously, at least even the investors who bought at much higher prices under the previous regime actually have a realistic chance of seeing a ROI at some point this year, possibly even the ones with a £1 + average, obviously everything will have to go right to see that sp again but there does seem a new higher level of optimism and interest here now, shown by the record daily trading volume seen today, should be a great rest of the week here, 10p + would be ideal but obviously it depends if the interest and buying pressure continues but it doesn't seem like that will be abating anytime soon.

Huge volume today now, quite large bid/ask spread yet the big buys keep on coming, really thing we could see 7/8p + by the end of this week if this volume and buys continue throughout the rest of this week.

Seems like very special news, will have to see what the market thinks it's worth, (10p + would be nice to see) didn't the research note earlier today state 7.5p or was that produced before this news?

Surely todays volume of 80 million suggests that the sp has plenty left to go you would have thought, I mean this has been averaging 2 million per day and then we see 80 million in a day which will most probably end up well over 100 million by the end of today,.

maybe some news is due? then again could just be a continuation to yesterdays news, just looking at todays volume compared to the usual suggests that SOU is in demand again in a big way, would be nice to see a 5/6p finish today.

Is yesterdays and todays rises predicated on the Q and A coming up next week? or recent results or upcoming contracts etc? any responses most welcome.

Seems like confidence and belief is returning here and even people who have averages over 30p are starting to believe that they may see a ROI in the not too distant future!

God knows, would like to think we will move back over 0.35 and hold it, wouldn't be surprised to see a little dip first thing so MM's get more inexperienced investors thinking 'the sp looks like it's going to go down to 22/20p' and then panic sell only to see the sp finish above 0.30

So if parts of todays hearing may not even be binding/legal then surely that would mean that the usual appeal process and the amount of time the usual appeal process would normally take may not be the case and we could get a much quicker resolution to this issue than normal?

I mean are there exceptional circumstances such as what we saw today where there is a alternative remedy instead of the usual appeal process which I accept does seem to take some time, would be good if someone could post who actually has legal knowledge as opposed to people just say 'well this company appealed and look, it took x amount of months' as that's not necessarily a fair comparison to here as I'm sure it those cases at least the original hearing was carried out competently even if it wasn't the decision that holders in those companys wanted to hear.

Thank you Loz, so the trolls/deramp crew members were just talking nonsense when they stated over a year until appeal, obviously today was such an egregiously incompetent miscarriage of justice that it makes you feel that it should be overturned tomorrow really but we have to accept that we could be waiting up to maybe a couple of months possibly.

it won't take months if SS goes the route of going directly to the planning inspectorate? and even if that isn't successful and has to be an appeal then surely not all councils work at the same pace all across the country?

Thats good then, so if SS takes that route then this mistake could be corrected and sorted with weeks, if not days then?

Also I have read some trolls/deramp crew members state today that it will take 6 months-year until the appeal is heard? is that in fact accurate? anyone who actually knows about this sort of thing? I would have thought it would only take a couple of months if that?

Surely there are grounds for a re vote taking everything that went on into account? is there an option for this in this context? does anyone here who has experience of this type of thing know the answer? Thanks

In effect a false drop today as it seemed that the people voting didn't even understand what they were voting for or against so this issue is no longer a matter of pass or decline as it is guaranteed to pass once it comes before them again, it's just a matter of patience waiting for the appeal date, at least once we get that date we will in effect know pretty much that the sp will move back to at least the 0.55 area on that day, unless it moves there beforehand which is possible dependant on what news is released between now and the appeal, seems like plenty if the recent volume is anything to go by, over 2 billion traded today.

Anyway grabbed 1 million more shares on the drop today so every cloud and all that, like I say false drop today in effect so I expect to see the sp well over 0.30 by the end of this week.

Are the sales figures expected to be very special when they are released one day this week? are the expected to take the sp back over the £3/4 mark? Thanks

Presumably once everything has been explained to them off camera they will now re vote and come to the correct decision as in pass the vote?

Yes, positive overall as at least we know 100 % pretty soon, so a matter of when not if. Lovely volume again today, looks like we should smash the 2 Billion barrier again, expect to see the sp beyond 0.35/0.40 level by the end of this week as the recent high volume and interest wasn't based on this being approved or not as we already knew that it would be approved it was always just a matter of weather it would be today or on appeal so it was to a certain extent priced in.

You never know, could be the case as why would they go against legal advice that is guaranteed to cost the council money when the permit is passed on appeal in 4-8 weeks time is it?

How long before the appeal will be heard? weeks months? at least we know that when it is heard it will defiantly be passed on appeal so that's the major positive to come out of today.
