Uncannyyou say val director salaries arecommenurate with people in their industry yes but people who are producing successful results not people who drag the companies share price down to subterranean levels.you also ask why would they take a pay cut I think point 1 answers that question in any other industry any director who destroyed the companies share price the way they have would undoubtably have lost their jobs
