looks like the only christmas presents this will buy is the bod's

withholding information would be difficult to prove.

the state of our SP is no joking matter time fore the bod to prove they were worth their salaries

so why is the large buy today not showing in the vol bought total

aim is a lottery, there is no way I can fathom it out normally more buys than sells would mean a rise in SP . Not for the first time here the opposite occurs, what the heck is it all about the coiled spring could crack due to the stresses exerted on it instead of springing into life.

GM said at one time a bad deal is better than no deal so what does that tell us about how the negotiations were going, not so good by the looks of it.So was GM preparing us for disappointment.

I have been a shareholder in val for 8 years now and i'm still waiting on the shareholder value that you said you would create, instead of creating value you have diluted my stake in the company to the tune of my investment having lost 94% of its value. you have also stated you are in advanced negotiations with more than one interested party to take 401 to the next stage but offer no proof that these negotiations are actually taking place. I say its time for the smoke and mirror RNS's to stop and for you to produce the value for shareholders and not just yourself.

get the feeling the bod are not being totally honest with their assessment of 401 results and think they are trying to delay information in the hope they get a good report from 201which would take the scrutiny off them
