Someone said here earlier that once we have news we are on the covid then this share will rocket.

My thoughts only, re read the rns about our aurora license, then someone convince me we are not already onto covid with Chinese support.

The Licensee is principally engaged in research and development, production and sales of innovative drugs, including oncology drugs, in China and is listed on the main market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.Under the terms of the Agreement, the Licensee will fund all future development activities in relation to the Compounds and has been granted sole rights to market any resulting products worldwide.Sareum will receive an initial upfront payment of approximately £50,000. Anyway, does anyone see this dropping back to 0.26 in the near future? I was waiting for G3e to go boom and then invest all that money in here, still will do, however not at the price that was available last week.

From what I glean, we’ve enough money for a year, all focus now on tyk2, as per Sir Tims words. Like others on here, we could be all a lot richer by the year end when in my opinion we will have both tyks licenses.

You need to cash out really quickly then as time is against you. No point staying invested in a company that you think is not going to be here at Christmas. Unless you’re a complete tool.

Well that would be great if it came true. I bought 4909 shares on nov 11th in sierra, at a cost of £1021. Today they have gained nine hundred pound or so. I bought 1.5m sar shares the same day. Looking to take my profit out of srra and put it into sareum.
It was the r&d lady who spent nearly $100k on shares at 0.41 cents that stood out like a sore thumb.
Srra are releasing new news on mono on dec 7th at the ash conference.
Anyway I think we are synergistically entwined. If srra do well then I believe that will resonate with sareum at a later point. To be fair, it’s only the milestone payments that we are expecting/ wanting , however sareum have the license for perhaps 2 tyk2 molecules which I feel will bring us some serious money.

I’m not so sure why you entertain Utah, he’s been here since his old sidekick awoo was here. He’s not invested in sar, in my opinion. One day he had 3m shares then it dropped to 1.5m and so on. It’s more difficult remembering lies than the truth. These types of people are bipolar or have some personality disorders.
Apologies if this is not true utah, I just get bored of reading your negative nothingness every time you post. Same with warthog, who cried the mms were playing games again on the sell price yesterday. Always there should be yin with yang, just why can’t the negative posters be truthful?

Concerning the tweaking, our tyk2 was also tweaked for the cell infereon, to overcome resistance, it was stated as such in an rns sometime ago. One of the reasons Sir Tim and John started this journey was through seeing molecules getting stuck in a long line with no movement unless passed off by seniors.

Anyway, it’s a nothing post really.

Yes, that must be supposing Pronai goes into administration and takes CHK1 with it, and both the ICR and SAR lose a lot of effort time and money as a result. And there will not be a cat in hells chance of any milestone payments.

On the other hand...

Say it all. Hold tight and wait for the licenses.

If you’re an intraday twitcher, in my opinion, you’re better off selling up and investing elsewhere.

What’s your valuation of the company as a whole?

Only my opinions , tyk2 auto immune looks increasingly likely that a license is coming, albeit the timescale could be another year. Also looking likely that we will get milestone payments, again, up to a year before we receive them.
The tyk2 deal, I’m making up the figures, £300m deal with a 5% upfront payment and the 6m in milestone payments would equate to £21m in the coffers. Far higher than the current mcap and clearly I can see why Sir Tim states substantial investor returns in the next 12 months.

Perhaps, there is no news on tyk2 1801 as they are in a nda. For me that’s looking more likely now. So a good RNS in that respect.
Hang on to what you have , in my opinion, we will be well above the current sp of today once tyk2 license is confirmed.

They are doing whatever they can to get more compelling proof that our tyk2 is the bees knees. Even with the molecule which hasn’t fully got over the production problem ( cancer ) they are using what they have to test for and prove that it works and is very good.
It’s pretty much the endgame as there isn’t much to follow it. Ploughing resources into testing of it to acquire the best price is what they are doing.

For me, if there is a deal for both tyk2 molecules then the probability of a buyout after p1 , results permitting, looks likely.

Then there is the huge spike which will occur should they get a license.

Likely probability of further monies to come from CHK1.

I’m underwater by some 50% but carry on adding in my little denominations as and when I can.

Only my view here, it’s unlikely a license will happen this year, the share price will languish at a low level for some time. However when it rises on a license deal I don’t intend to lose out just because I got bored of waiting.

Quantum mechanics, tells us that we can make our own realties by our own thoughts, I will keep sending my positive thoughts to Sir Tim et al and for all of the patients needing this treatment.

This has become a shorters dream. As the ego of the guys who bought in at rock bottom are threatened as the price nears their entry point their big shottism views are being cracked. So they ask for news and demand it, because their profits are being eroded.
Now the news is here, they see, well actually , nothing is happening for a while. What did they expect when investing in a company that is trying to find a cure for cancer?
Short term here now, the only way to make profit is to short this, and probably short it for a few months.
If you’ve not got the patience, go and divest and then invest in some oil company to chase the rainbows.

Are not in a situation whereby they will take the first offer on the table. They aren’t that way of thinking. Having worked at Smithkline-beetcham and saw molecules become stuck in a backlog of numbers, they started millennium and worked on the forefront of tyk2 which was the IRAK molecule. They are extremely confident of their products, and just like with CHK1 , they will be looking for a proactive company to take the molecule and run with it and make it their sole concern. Pronai fitted that bill and have done very well in a short space of time in bioworld.

It’s getting a bit exciting.

It’s still only a waiting game. No known date for the milestone due. However, we have two tyk2 molecules ready for a deal, and this time it won’t be 27% , it will be nigh on 100% so a much bigger rise to look forward to than the last time when pronai took on the chk1 molecule.
On this board if you can ignore the chuff from the compulsive gamblers and read the good stuff pertaining to the market we are trying to license our molecules to, then it’s steady away and with bags of potential.
My investment on paper is about 50% of what it was a few months ago, but we have moved on some more since then, and Sareum have needed to dilute to press ahead with the formalities before our molecule gets licensed.
