v impressive record...bet mine's bigger than yours lol ...sticking to GNG/CULS, I have never come across a CULS holder who would not convert under any circumstances ...H enjoy the fixed rate obligation anyway...imv it's a false dichotomy to suggest they sacrifice one for the other... ...(I have enjoyed owning CULS myself btw.......great instruments (2 way bets)..) ...&, getting back to H and this CULS, if the sp were 15p+, H may perhaps even be able to engineer some form of pre sale agreement to hedge sp risk (they would only need to sell about a third to be on free carry!!) .....and without the potential upside of conversion, why bother with a CULS?!? and why not have security and a secured loan? ..aaoo/gl all
