check out the PSA...v unusual for a goldie (but similar to PSAs for oillies) ...the govn gets a large slice of upside after capital (so at least debt) repaid: govn's production 50% share plus tax adds to nearly 66% ....but even on conservative pog forecast of say US$900-1000/oz flat real, I see at least US$100/oz au net net profit for AAZ... ...so, with 1m oz au plus resources, a MCAP of US$50m still seems attractive with the new plant up and running... ....imv the beaten down sp already reflects contractor operating/execution risk in a "dodgy" country; in this assessment of risk, I see AAZ as well protected against pog risk because of cheap cash costs and against govn interference because of govn's large share.. ...pls check all the figures/calcs (not rely on Jolly!!) ....interested in your thoughts (as ever)
