..good spot..and well done for flipping out so effectively! ...I agree that there seems no need to rush.... to fight this drift..

the MD may have taught you helpful lesson lol... ...honesty at work rarely pays (twice I paid money back...the first time, my boss was v cross! ...and said it would be held against me)... ...and the dishonesty, politics, rudeness, strife & backbiting all get much worse the higher up you climb (think "Thick of It".. and then see that as understated), esp if big bonuses or LTIPs (like carry schemes) are involved ....so good lesson to learn early

I am holding my modest position (not selling) cos I share your view (in enough measure at least) of potential/upside ...more confidently now with the recent contract news (I had cold feet earlier).. ...the dreary sp drift down from 18p could change any day now ... ...so perhaps we should have sold early on "spike"... but I wasn't watching closely enough... ...too late to sell imv (if sp went up the next day, I'd have to flip back in)

why all this buying and no sp progress...who is selling on the quiet (in a dark/dank pool?) ...still cracking value...and if you are confident of the ceo (always key of course), I'm minded to buy into eventual sp strength
