yep...I follow too many shares (cutting down atm...good to diet) and had forgotten that I had clocked this issue before...just lost sight of it in my (cont) enthusiasm for CD4.. ...this is probably a good play if CD4 works well..so the challenge for us lot is estimating probability of success (PoS...which unhelpful can stand for the alternative)...and given the continuing obstacles, I am getting frit

in my irritation lol ...0.7p eps is the way to look at ODX imv.. ...no I don't see the increase in shares in issue as an adequate correction for eps 0.3p higher through excluding remuneration in shares ..think percentages: 0.7p to 1p is a near 50% increase and there hasn't been anything like that increase in total shares in issue...hope that makes it abundantly clear

tks for asking for clarification..it prompted me to look a little more closely...what justification can there be for excluding either the remuneration in shares or the amortisation of intangibles?? ...the fcf is lousy (cos they "invest" a significant sum on intangibles)...and then they try to magic away the cost of expensing the intangibles in future years?? Perhaps I have misunderstood the results, but I am coming over all bearish on these figures lol ...the eps here is 0.p imv7..end of..and I am so irritated I have sold another 4k, down to free carry

my thought yesterday was that the sp had been held down for a while by sellers and profit takers...but was itching to rise ...the numbers / outlook support an sp much higher than here (imv/dyor of course) ...so perhaps it is just a case of folk eyeing up emr, wanting to buy on retrace (which never happened) and therefore feeling compelled to buy into this rise (without any need for news) ...I am happy with my 15k exposure (otherwise I too would be buying more lol)

Perhaps Jmb may be in £2-£2.50 area (around about magic net net level...where mcap is roughly current assets less all liabilities so balance sheet support starts to really come into play in my experience) ...if not, & plenty of companies have (and continue to) trade(d) well below this magic level, hsp would offer terrific value sub £2 imv

yes...without catalyst, prospect of drift back to support @12p? ...Rock bottom would be a long way down (sub 10p imv cos the real eps is lower than 1p...I do hate the exclusion of share remuneration...who do management think they are kidding???)

I am also happy to hold (but hold off from adding)...I had been waiting to load up at this sub 20p level, but now a little too nervous about progress

about shore's numbers..and you still have to factor in the prefs (they need refinancing) ...the key challenge is (as usual) execution of the business plan (esp achieving the growth they target) profitably/well in tough market place...if they execute well, I agree the sp may perform reasonably/perhaps better than that from here (even after this spike)

I looked again at the most recent results last night...wondering whether to take more profit...but the numbers and the outlook are just so good ...shd rerate towards £1 imv (p/e slightly above 10 only....on EV/EBIT even cheaper, but the minority interests are difficult to factor in)

perhaps you are being a little optimistic about this latest pitfall? They have not specified how they are going to remedy stability issue(s) have they? So the possibility remains that no remedy is found? ...felt obliged to cash out some profit just in case...still hold 7k shares cos the upside is Jolly tempting

the LM shares (according to rns of 2/7)...so not sure how you would find out value...the rns suggests some contact details? ...as someone who sold out before May and has bought a few back @.6xp subsequently, I'd be curious to know how much LM shares are fetching on whatever transaction basis is available
