The borrowing and sale of large amounts of electronic shares whilst the ‘owner’ believes the shares are safely tucked away in their electronic account. Perhaps a little spend on a move from AIM to main market at the AGM, rather than a div. oh, I know… we’ll have both!! What they can’t do of course is counter the real money flowing in, not a dividend payment; nor a move to main market. I can wait for Santa.
