By releasing pixar's Soul on disney+ for free, disney has just confirmed that they have not made any money by releasing Mulan on Disney+. It means there is no alternate to releasing big budget movies other than the cinemas. This is a real positive news and strengthens the position of cinemas.

No, it’s not all bad news for exhibition out there in the pandemic. Deadline has learned that seven Regal theaters — the only ones in the Cineworld-owned U.S. chain–will remain open in California. The news comes after Cineworld said earlier this week that it was closing its UK locations and its Regal chain on account of the lack of major studio tentpoles and New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s refusal to give the greenlight to movie theaters reopening in the Empire State.

It seems pretty much certain now that the next James Bond adventure, No Time To Die, will be hitting its latest November 12th release date. The promotion for the movie has been ramped up, and all sorts of merchandising products are arriving in time for its release (and also the lucrative Christmas period of course).

Furthermore, as one eagle-eyed Twitter user has noticed, there are now plans afoot to release the first four James Bond adventures featuring Daniel Craig on the big screen again ahead of his swansong in the role.

Thus, Casino Royale, Quantum Of Solace, Skyfall and Spectre are coming to Cineworld sites at least, as was spotted here…

Where else could you release a movie if not theatres? Nowhere... that is the only thing we need to know before investing in cineworld.
