Could it be that it’s AA who has been reducing a couple percent, I don’t think ( correct me if I’m wrong) that a TR1 would be due unless he reduced below 15%?

According to RNS, 25/11/2021 TR1 - Schroder holding was reduced from 17.029% to 16.952%
According to RNS, 3/2/2022 TR1 - Schroder holding was further reduced from 16.952% to 14.686%
How does this reconcile with the following information lifted from Petrofac.com ‘Major Shareholders’ at 31/12/2021 where Schroder holding was ALREADY stated as 14.686% ?!!
“On 31 December 2021, the Company had received notification of the following material interests in voting rights over the Company’s issued ordinary share capital:
Number of ordinary shares
Percentage of issued share capital

Not able to get my head round how tight a trading range we are locked in, with all the ups and downs of the last few weeks in markets.
Could it be possible an agreement has been made between Schroders and AN Other in order that price doesn’t overshoot one way or t’other until deal is completed?

Agree JG, been thinking the same thoughts re Asfari. Perhaps it’s him buying Schroder’s offloads, and Petrofac taking more interest in hydrogen fits with his new venture in Venterra

Although no longer in here I do have genuine sympathy for holders. I used to hold Bacanora lithium but got out again with pure luck, however the guys who got shafted there did I remember organise quite a good action group and I’m sure with a little bit of effort someone could contact the guy/guys who organised that.
I lost all interest after selling so don’t know what success they have achieved but maybe worth following up?

Those of you who use stop losses, if you’ve never experienced holding a stock where the MM’s suddenly drop the price for a couple of minutes only, to fill large buy orders.
I have a sneaky feeling this stock may just fit the bill due to the still high number of shares being needed by Rye etc. to fully close out their positions.
To take advantage of this I place a limit buy order around 18% below current prices on the premise that a lot of people use 20% or so as a stop loss.

Hope all PI’s stay strong. Share price rising and with sticky fingers will keep on going. Price is rising IMO ‘cos Rye Bay etc. sensibly want out now, and the only way to close out is to buy our shares
