I still struggle with the fact that the omi team have bought next to no shares in their own company. This making it a win win for them. They get their salaries if it doesn’t work out and if one year it does work out they get their salaries plus anything else they want to give themselves as well the titles of them doing well, which we are still waiting for. We have to look at the here and now and they have nothing to lose so just dangle the carrot for others. It’s disgusting really
