What are they likely to get for it ? who is going to be interested apart from MA ? They are going to get a fraction of the Debt.

That was 11 days ago. What happened.

so what about this 22nd April day ?

So now MA can deal direct with lenders and buy it off them for a % of value of debt

BOD secured £101 million on the 29th March. Have they spent that already ? why are they even looking at pre-pack administration ?

Is it possible that if it goes into pre-pack MA could just buy it off lenders for say 50% or 60% of debt value ? ie: £360 to £432 million ? obviously us shareholders wouldn't get 1p

BUT remember MA is only looking after himself. If he can do some sort of deal that doesn't include buying our shares then he will.

When did you sell ?

If MA had made an accepted offer of 5p then of course he should have the choice to be CEO as he would own all the shares.
All the BOD are doing her is giving the company to lenders so they can hopefully keep their jobs. MA would of sacked them all and rightly so

So does this mean the BOD enter pre-pack now. Or can MA still make an offer for shares ?

Does Mike need to buy an amount of shares at open to take him over 30%, would that put him in a better position

But why does this have to go into administration when they secured new funding just a few weeks ago ? £101 million I think. I thought they were asking MA to put up £99 million. Now he has offered £200 million

Basically. BOD are going to give away all our shares to the lenders. They are rejecting every offer MA makes

Is this a new revised offer ? He is only asking for £82 million debt to be wrote off now.

I am 99.9% sure it is game over and this is going into prepack administration Tuesday morning. In hindsight we should of sold today at 2p at got something back. I think MA gave us false hope. He could of bid today but he didn't.

I thought MA only had till the end of play today or Debs was going into pre-pack which leaves us shareholders with zero
