Patience, that blending of moral courage with physical timidity

I am old enough to have been subject to Saturday morning classes at Boarding school in Latin, Greek and elocution. Am I correct in remembering that in Greek mythology the Ferryman was paid to help the poor souls find their way to Hades. Perhaps there is a contemporary equivalent?

I'm very new to shares but having gained some elsewhere and 'lost' thousands here, but still here! I am certain of one thing and that is nobody can predict anything about a SP. There are many very clever people here who do their research and are very knowledgeable about all aspects of SYME but nobody can predict accurately what will happen to the SP at any time. I have done my own research as far as my feeble brain can to understand all I can about SYME. There is just something about this company which I'm hooked into. i read what everyone writes here every day, I watch the links. i listen to AZ and analyze every nuance. I have even looked up translations of the words he is using to see if he is putting emphasis somewhere, like 'cracking', as I do think that we may gain further incite by hearing from another director. I am a LTH here and will be buying more this week as i did last. But despite everything nobody can predict a SP tomorrow let alone at christmas. I like to see enthusiasm in the form of rockets and there is even a strange fascination with those here who are always critical, and possibly, or not yet invested, as they try and get all the LTH's to give up and go home. I don't understand why they are here unless it is to buy our shares but why don't they buy their own when they want to and leave us alone. i just have a feeling about this SYME and nothing will dissuade me from parting with my shares.

It will be obvious from my amount of posts that I am both a newbie and not one to comment normally, but, although I have half a dozen other shares to watch and read their bb's, i have to say, and this sounds so drippy, i'm sorry, but my heart is here in SYME. I think, and this is really weird, that I'm a little bit in love with SYME. I watch her every move as she breathes in and out, I see her high's and lows, she has 'cost' me thousands but I come to her many times a day to see how she's doing and read over her suiters comments on here, and i realize that she has many people who love her too. I'm 68 so this sounds really weird to me as well! I cannot understand why some people are here and so critical of LTH's feelings towards SYME and why they would want me to leave her. It's just got that something other shares don't have and I have an unmovable faith in her going forward. It's not really only the possibility of money you know, that keeps us here, its deeper, its a relationship.

Bruising day however still believe in SYME and that it will do well, just have to wait a little longer. Will be buying more at this price on Tuesday morning.

Hello LTH friends. If I may, as a complete novice, I’d like to say I believe in two things, that Bank shares will never fail, and hope. I’m 68, worked since I was 16 until last summer. Got £13k in my bank after all those years. I knew Lloyds shares were going to recover. Bought some at .27p as I remember, waited a long time but they went up, made a couple of thousand. Thought I would reinvest that in metals/minerals but someone from here posted on a bb about SYME. SYME were suspended but I was impressed by the hope and knowledge expressed by LTH’s here, by AZ, as CEO you need this sort of person, by the SYME innovated business, which is really exciting, by what the company was doing, and the potential for global application. I did my research, so the minute it came off suspension I sold many Lloyds shares and used most of the money I have left in the bank to invest. I have 2.2m.
Like everyone here today I am waiting for the rns, which will come and I know it will be outstanding news because of the model and because of AZ.
I have enjoyed the bb immensely, all the insults, the rockets!, the passion, the anticipation, the hope.
If I make more than I need then I will be giving the rest away to people I know need the money.
Finally to all LTH’s, good luck, it will come good, hold the line. To trolls and negativity, try to be positive as life is too short.
What a wonderful quality humans possess, hope that things will come good. Which I’m confident they will.
