i dont get any of those 'investor' sites. They back a stock on the way up and slate it on the way down. Motley Fool thing has been up about SYME and then wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Truth is they have as much a clue as we do!

Does anyone else wake up with a first thought, how long until 8am. Then watch as the clock ticks away the minutes…7.48, 7.55, 7.59….we’re off. Mmm up a tad, ten minutes later, down a tad. Get on with life till 10.30…oh bum down a bit more, half an hour later, oh great up a bit in the green, we’re on our way. Bother, should have bought more on the dip. Lunch time doldrums…2.30 check again, down again. Hope for a rise before 3.30. wait till 4 for checking…build the anticipation, especially on a Friday, oh, just the same. 4.31 oh well there is always tomorrow. ‘Rivers know this: We shall get there someday’. Someday soon too.

One of the most crucial aspects of research is clinical data management or CDM. Proper CDM will generate results with excellent quality, integrity, and reliability. Which is what we all want of course. Quality data is essential in order to support the final conclusions of a certain study.
An average 12-month clinical trial with 2,000 patients will generate up to 3 million data points. so this trial of 156 could generate 234000 data points if my maths is correct!
Of course the more data points you have the more mistakes can occur at different stages. The process of locking a clinical trial database is an action taken to prevent further changes to the database. A database is locked after review, query resolution and determination that it is ready for analysis.
During soft lock, the Trial team will perform final data cleaning activities and ensure it is as complete as possible and contains accurate data. Once the locking process has been initiated most of the data should be in place and routine addition of new data is not expected, however the addition of missing data as directed by the Statistician is permissible. The dataset may or may not require further revisions, the Statistician may highlight areas that need further cleaning and/or missing data that are required. Only when soft lock is completed, and the dataset is considered final and ready for analysis can the hard lock be initiated. Evidence of procedures and processes that led to the decision that the dataset is final must be retained. This includes any correspondence, reports, checklists and assessments generated during the cleaning process. Once database hard lock has been completed all user accounts will be terminated with the exception of those identified as having read only access for reporting and review purposes on the study and this will only normally be for a limited period of time.
So it all takes a wee bit of time, we have to be patient, but personally I will be hoovering down the back of the sofa and raiding my cat jar pound coin piggy bank for this one. GLA DYOR

In clinical studies this drug, SGS002, has been found to be safe in almost 1,000 patients with diabetes and has a blood glucose lowering effect for four months. Blood glucose control has been proposed as a key factor in reducing complications such as mucormycosis from COVID-19 in diabetics. I believe it has a 50% mortality rate in its connection with covid 19. Around 12000 cases in India.
415 million people are living with diabetes in the world, which is estimated to be 1 in 11 of the world's adult population. 46% of people with diabetes are undiagnosed.
Huge potential with this drug which has already been found to reduce blood glucose effect.

In my view people who are not invested have an ulterior motive for commenting negatively on this Board. I am not in any of the shares on the left under "latest Share chat" so guess what, I never post on those Boards. Why would I be bothered? Unless I had another motive. I think these people just like an argument and I am perpetuating that by responding, sorry, won't do it again. This share is going up again. I have complete informed confidence (to my standard) in the management involved and will continue to hold. It takes a lot to get a business off the ground, never mind an international business. I would say that is what the highly experienced professional people in Syme and Tradeflow know they are doing. All the people who are involved are very skilled and experienced in business, or am I to be accused of being naïve, and that in fact all those involved really haven’t a clue what they are doing in Singapore, Milan, London etc. Maybe they just like those cities and spend their days with their Testoni shoes on the desk taking the p1$$ out of all those poor misguided Pi’s. Well I don’t think so. I think these business men and women are working their balls off 16 hours a day, 7 days a week at their BUSINESS to make it a success and a world class company. I couldn’t give a monkeys for anyone here who attacks my view, not a jot. I worked for my money and put it here to invest in this business. As far as I’m concerned, that is my business and non of your business.

Sitting around the stained table cloth are 7 glum individuals, debating their downfall, what went wrong, accusations and assertions erupt out in bitter incriminations and recrimination. They each fear returning to the Board room to face the inevitable multiple ‘you’re fired, sacked, let go, the boot’, for the shambolic, hodge podge confusion of delay, procrastination and incompetence which had characterized their performance to date.
What went wrong, it was a wonderful innovative concept, a brand new spanking innovation which many thought would revolutionize systems across the globe from London to Moscow via New York and Tokyo. As they left the greasy café and trudged their way through the drizzled puddles to their 1998 Mazda mpv heading for an unknown future, a elegante Italian in a 2021 Ferrari Portofino M convertible: sexy, powerful and fast flashes past heading for the magnificent SYME Tower, a skyscraper touching the clouds, HQ of an international global innovative industry with offices in New York, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Zurich, Milan oh too many offices to mention, a company with immense growth opportunities and embracing cultural diversity at the heart of its innovative proprietary monetization service across a wide range of industrial sectors. why does a mature man of a lifetime spent, no doubt working hard, in the energy business, comfortable pension, etc spend his retirement bludgeoning his way through a message board ("I didn't need to comment too much on the BBs for LLOY or GSK or MKS or BP as they are in the main logical and reasoned discussions. Whereas here is so much fun in the funny farm") apparently therefore, for sport? to mock? I too am retired, though not as comfortably it would appear. I have my dreams still. I don't think it is fair of you that you mock me for believing in something and trusting my money in that belief. Rightly or wrongly I have made my decision with my hard earned money, and you have no right to mock me for it. You are not even invested in SYME so have even less of a right. It says a lot about what sort of a man you are I think.
